They have taken payment but I still have not received my goods. Have contacted the company repeatedly by email and telephone and I have received no reply.

I have not received product after 2 1/2 weeks

The website had apparently stopped working correctly, so the 2 items I'd ordered were not actually available. On receiving this message, I have tried to contact the company both via email and phone call to query if/when the items might be available, but to date have received no response. 2 stars rather than 1 as I have had successful orders of good products in the past. However, poor customer service on this occasion.

I placed an order on the 29th May and had confirmation that my money was taken, but since then no correspondence received at all. This week I have emailed 3 times, phoned 6 times leaving 3 voicemails - that was 2 days ago and I still have had no communication. I think this site is a scam!?

Great quality dog lead and a great price

I still haven't received my order. I ordered a week ago and have yet to receive an email saying it has been posted.

Top branded dog lead at a third of the full retail price- genuinely, I thought this was too good to be true but I guess it's because RS have an eclectic mix and you need to buy while it's there. If you've even encountered the store 'Home Sense' it's similar dynamic. Top brands but slightly limited size options. The only comment which isn't necessary a criticism- after ordering you don't get bombarded with e mails saying telling you every step of the dispatch process. You buy it, you wait a week, it arrives...just like the old days:)

After purchase, no one reply my further enquiries about the delivery of the purchase item.

Made a £195 order for urgent gloves. Had to chase as it hasn’t been received. Never got a reply to my chasing email just a refund email as they don’t have any stock. Meaning I’m now potentially going to run out of gloves. Won’t use again.

Goods arrived when stated and all as advertised.

Twice now, I have been requested by email to write a review for RS Solutions, the first time before the parcel had arrived. I ordered two packets of biodegradable gloves. No problem navigating the webpage. Competitive price. Delivery reasonably quick and certainly trouble free.
HOWEVER, my choice of BIODEGRADABLE gloves arrived not only in a plastic bag, but inside, the packets were wrapped in no less than THREE layers of bubble wrap. Has RS Solutions not heard of cardboard boxes and paper wrap???

Long lead lots of length options. I usually buy zoggs training leads but they have stopped selling 2 meters. Great alternative but thinner webbing other than that I will be buying Alcott in future better value and good quality
