This company is a scam and the clothes are horrible! Absolutely the worst customer experience ever. Trying to return a product that does not fit and all they want to offer is 7$ for a 60$ dress and for me to keep the dress. They advertise easy return. There is nothing easy about it. I would not recommend this companies products to anyone nor will I ever be ordering anything else from them.

Clothing true to size and loved both pieces I purchased.

I have tried many times to reach the return department. I received a dress that I did not order and want to return it. I also ordered another dress that I did not receive. Very frustrating.

This is a scam company all the way. I received my clothing after a long wait. The dress was terrible material and baggy fit. Impossible to return. Only offered me $7.00 for the $41.00 I spent. Finally, received $21.00 after many days and many letters. I would need to return to Dubai. There are no reviews on the website. I didn’t catch that!

Worst experience with this online company. Based out of Hong Kong! Poor Customer service. If you want a refund, you will never get it they take your money and you’re stuck with clothes that are wrong, or damaged.

Beautiful dress. Well fitting, perfect length. Can be dressed up or casual.

I was very very disappointed. I loved photo and considered for a long time because it is for a very special occasion. Finally,decided toorder.What Ireceived is not like the photo. I would like to return this dress for a FULL refund,not $15.00. This is NO way to treat a customer.

The dresses are perfect fits & love the material.

I am always hesitant to order clothes online - sizes always a concern. The dress I ordered fits perfectly and I love the fabric - nice and soft. Plus, it was delivered in just a few days. Highly recommend.

Good quality and cute selections. Delivery took a while but was worth it.

Not crazy about material but like the look of dresses

The product came in a timely fashion and the look and feel and fit of the dress was what I had hoped for.

As expected it took two weeks. The outfits are the right size.

I ordered two midi dresses in different sizes, neither worked for me. Further, I found the fabric to be sleazy and not at all as expected. I will never wear either. When I contacted the company, they started a bartering process, first offering a $15 refund if I kept the dresses. I declined and requested return instructions. They countered with a $28 refund offer. I declined and reiterated my request for return instructions. Their "final" was to either to take the $28 refund or return the dresses at my own expense to DUBAI! I live in California and the cost to mail something to Dubai is exorbitant so I accepted the $28 refund and will donate the dresses. I will never order anything from Rufeu.com again.

Items were as pictured, fit was great, loved them!

I was pleased with how quick the order was shipped. However, the material had a plasticy feel and was thin when I thought it was going to be a t-shirt type material. I will wear them to the events that we have scheduled.

It’s a comfortable dress bright colors and it fit me perfect. I am a size 18. An extra large fit me perfectly

Dresses are just beautiful. A little long, that can be fixed. (I am 5’5”)
