Terrible company, paid for a shotgun safe and an extra £80 for insatallation, they made me wait a month after delivery of the safe for the installer to come only for him to say he could'nt do it coz there was skirting board there and refused to install, and they never asked for any pics of where I was wanting it putting for preference, then refused to refund my installation fee.
My friend who is a joiner fitted it with no trouble at all just needed a multi tool to cut a section of skirting board.
Avoid this place they have no idea what customer satisfaction is wish I went elsewhere.

This company has an excellent selection of safes and I was able to find the one I wanted, a Eurograde 3 De Raat at a solid price. Shipping was next day, which is incredible. The safe itself is great quality.

The initial delivery was not made by parcel force as I lost a days work and they said they were redelivering because there was nobody in to receive the parcel. The front door was open all day. When the parcel did arrive days later it was damaged. It was impossible to open its door as it was crushed tight by the surrounding steel box. 14mm out of square with dents and paint missing. I telephoned Safe and the cutomer care arranged a replacement. Excellent. The delivery of the replacement did not come on the day promised again. Same old story. They said there was nobody in. A total fabricarion. It turned up on another day. By private courier this time. Luckily I had come home to pick up equipment. Second Brattonsound ammunition safe was in one piece and fine luckily. The star of all this was the customer care lady at Safe. What a star. SAFE10/10 Delivery company Royal mail absolute zero. Cost me a fortune in lost work Twice because they DID NOT DELIVER on the date promised not the once but twice. An absolute disgrace. Safe dont use them they are giving you a bad name. Rob.

Hi quality product excellent service delivery

Safe wasn’t installed when delivered and trying to rebook this has been clunky. Safe was delivered two weeks ago and still sitting in box. Only one time offered for re-installation - no flexibility. Modes of communicating are archaic - no interactive chat option. Would not buy again.

Ordered a new safe installed it, key snapped in the barrel so can’t be returned as it’s installed… sent a blank key to get cut which wouldn’t work, tried to order another blank replacement to be told the keys aren’t meant to be cut as they keep snapping as they are cheap hollow keys…
