Faulty cheap keys
Ordered a new safe installed it, key snapped in the barrel so can’t be returned as it’s installed… sent a blank key to get cut which wouldn’t work, tried to order another blank replacement to be told the keys aren’t meant to be cut as they keep snapping as they are cheap hollow keys…

Perfect customer service after an issue with a received lock
Ordered a set of keyed alike 3* Euro locks for the house which took a while as obviously all had to be customised. They arrived in the time advised but there was a problem with one lock. Spoke to customer service and there was absolutely no quibble on replacing it. A fresh lock was not only customised but was sent out that same day and delivered the next. Fantastic service!

Excellent product and service.
The website is easy to understand and use. Once my order was placed delivery was made in two Working days - very good for three keyed the same locks to be made. All three locks fitted perfectly and worked as expected. I would recommend safe.co.uk for replacement locks and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Bought a Burton Companion fingerprint…
Bought a Burton Companion fingerprint safe in February, completely packed up! Will not open with all items now stuck inside including car keys.
No way to get in would not reccomend this type or any electronic safe to anyone, waiting on reply from safe.co.uk
