These people are scam artists. Do NOT buy from them. They are forcing me to take a gift card and keeping my money after being told they ran out of an item I already paid for. I’ve asked for a refund for the dress I paid for, they can’t provide. They will not return my money as I’ve asked multiple times, and as a customer I should be able to have my money as I choose. Not be forced to buy something else. I will never purchase another item again from this company. SCAMMERS

I really wish I had read these before making a purchase. Although I did look through the site thoroughly. I didn't think they were fraudulent because they appeared on Facebook and Instagram, they also do payment plans through sezzle. However, after waiting 2 months for my purchase, I have come to realization that they are fraudulent.
They give fake traking number with your purchase receipt. It does not work.

The emails are generic, never addressing your questions. Do not order anything from them, no matter how tempted you are by the appeared style and quality of the images on their website.

Do not be defrauded by thus fraudulent company.

This company is a scam. I placed an order...it never showed up. After contacting the company several times they said another item was on its way. That was a lie. Nothing showed up. I asked for my money back three times and was told I would get a "gift card". ..which I do not want because it's useless to me. I want my money back that they stole.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Dress was ordered on 2/3 and have not received it as of 4/27. They want to give me credit. Lmao! Why would I want to wait for anything else? They said it would be a hardship to refund me. A load of crap! You're a corporation stealing from multiple individuals. What about the second dress I needed to purchase bc theirs still hasn't shown up? An actual person spending my hard earned money, twice.

I wouldn’t even give them a one star railing a freaking RIP OFF!!! You don’t deliver my package and going to tell me I can’t get a refund only a gift card. If you messed up royally why would I try again. Ordered Jan and all I received was more BS from the emails to the tracking number. SCAM, SCAMMERS SCAM!!

My order took over 6 weeks to arrive, then was not the size I ordered. They do not give refunds - only gift cards, which I'll never use. I'll never do business w/ this company again

HORRIBLE. I was scammed. They took me for $400- and I have nothing to show for it. Please....do NOT ORDER from here. It is not a legit business. The Arizona address is a cover! They operate out of Asia. Please do not get scammed like I was. I am so upset about this.

In order a dressed first they said there was a delay and then they emailed me saying it was out of stock 6 weeks later and that they would not give me a refund but only a gift card

There clothing sizes run 5x too small. The website says they do refunds but it uses bait and switch tactics forcing a gift card.

RED FLAG DEFINITELY!!! It looks like I have been scammed too. I ordered from them in February and still have not had nothIng. When you track your package there is no update on it whatsoever. Customer services say they same thing it will arrive be patient but nothing. I am £200 out of pocket and still no goods. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews before ordering!

Huge SCAMMERS, I would rate them at a zero, they are the biggest scam website, I placed an order in December 2023 and I have yet to receive my order and it is now April of 2024, after numerous attempts to contact them and to no avail, they have not tried to resolve this matter, the emails are bogus and when I did speak with someone after countless attempts, there response was so scripted, PLEASE DO NOT Purchase from this website.

Please do not order from this place EVER! They are a total Fraud!! I ordered a dress, pair of shoes and jacket in January. These people are robbing people with fake orders. It is mid April I am down 300 bucks and did not recieve my birthday outfit with very little communication. They need to be in jail. Be warned do not order from SA Formal!

I saw reviews too late, Google and Facebook don't take ads down, they are complicit. It's unfortunate that they can get away with this. PLEASE DON'T BY FROM THEM AND REPORT THEM.

Do not I repeat do not order from here. I have been waiting for my order for 62 days now. I have reached out to them several times with no resolution. They send me a generic response but never any response of giving me a refund. Parcel just shows as received from the shipment company but doesn’t more. Please beware don’t order. You have been warned

They have been scamming alot of people and I wonder how they are still able to advertise on Pinterest!
How is this possible?
They are obviously a scam and people have been loosing money to them.
They are even based in China and advertise like they are in the United states

I ordered my stuff in February. They are Scamers.
They create a fake label and make you believe your order is coming. Do not order from this site.

I ordered my products on January 25th, 2024. A shipping label was created on January 26th. It was a fake shipping label that has never updated since that day. I have requested updates every 2 weeks and continued to get the same response that the shipping label would update shortly. It never has. Items have never arrived. Now, they're saying items were lost.
DO NOT order from this company.
They are scammers!!!!!!!
I have asked for a refund. They said I should be happy that I don't have to pay for a new order when I do NOT want a new order. BOGUS!!!!! LIARS.
