I place an order in November 18 2023 for 2 blazers . Only 1 arrived and also arrived in 3 months which is more than two months late. I had email and call and they said it is out of their control the item being late. This is a scam and never again

This is clearly a scam. Just lost 200 dollars. Ordered 3 months ago and was given a tracking number that doesn’t work. They say my package got lost in transport, and that they Will give me a gift card. Clearly not happening. Stay away!

I ordered a coat more than two months ago and since then have received only tracking links which don't work. There is no sign of my coat. Customer service is unhelpful and keep sending links which don't go anywhere.
Do not waste your money with them!

Ugh wish I saw this page before I paid…. $200 down the drain. It’s been 3 months and no delivery still. Clearly they’re a fake scam company.

Omg !! I wish I found these reviews before ordering 😕 I ordered a dress since January, it's March and still not delivered. When I contacted them they make it seem as if I'm inpatient, the tracking number I was given does not work. I'm so frustrated with this company and will never be returning 😒

Unfortunately I also didn’t read any reviews before I ordered on 19/1/24. It’s now Feb 26th and no delivery . Started off getting replies saying it will be delivered and the dodgy tracking number won’t show until the country of destination is reached. Now after numerous emails for a refund I can not get a reply. The money they are making use be phenomenal . Going to try through PayPal to get a result . Payment was taken by Voir styles.

Don't order from this company! they make it seem like refunds are available, but don't provide an address. there is no way to reach a human to discuss

I requested a refund 4 mins after I was when informed that there would a major delay in delivering jacket. AGAIN, I requested 4 minutes after I was informed of delay. I have screenshots of ALL the communication. I will wait and see if I get refunded. Will do everything I can to join fight to stop scammers. I have screenshots to support my communications with this fraudulent business. I will wait THEN ITS ON...

I called the number provided for customer service , they were so unprofessional , very weak English speaking capabilities or hardly understands whats been said , keeps laughing like its the most hilarious thing ever and noisy . Laughing when asked a question . I lost 260$ cancelled my credit card and my bank and fraud department has been notified , they are looking into it . They are a scam . Its not legit. Website looks good, i generally do a search before i buy but this time i didnt . Its a scam ! Definitely not US based or Arizona based. The provided address in Arizona on the web is bogus … its an empty premises in USA!!! Did a google search on the address ! Totally completely SCAM!!!

I just wanted everybody to know that now I totally believe that this company is a scam as well . They should be removed immediately from the Internet and they should have no interaction with the United States. I ordered something in early December they gave me a tracking number as well and two items never came, but they take your money immediately. This is happening a lot now with Asian clothing companies from China. Scam. Scam scam.

Ordered a black biker jacket on 9th January 2024. I received an alleged tracking number from them and after 3 weeks there was no progress. I contacted the company for an update and was told that as my item was 'made to order' it is normal. £60...made to order....not likely!!!!!! Now, more than a month since ordering, there is no sign of a jacket or any movement on the tracking number!!!!! Wish I'd read reviews before I purchased. Total scam - don't buy from them.

I was about to place an order online but after reading many online reviews I cancelled my checkout purchase. Corporations must address online complaints if they wish to remain a replica business. Otherwise we as consumers will continue fighting, I have been scammed numerous times online especially with PayPal. Y'all need to step up and list your business response information. I would like to call and ask questions before making a purchase. Show your customer service information.

SA Formal is a scam. Don’t be fooled by the look of the website. I usually check first before I order from a new company but I did not this time. In my case it took weeks for my order to arrive. When it did only one of the two items arrived, and it was not a maxi skirt as described on their site it was knee length and I am not a tall person so my height is not the issue. Also the quality was awful it was made of cheap cheap fabric abs was not lined. They never sent the dress. I’ve tried many calls, no answer. No return on the voicemail. I finally got an email response on the dress they told me it was delivered and I should ask my neighbors. Save your money, save your time, save your sanity DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SA Formal. They are a con. They are a rip off.

S/A Formal is a scam (saformal.com). Don't be fooled by the look of the website and the nice clothes!!! Unfortunately, I did not notice the website was fake until I had already placed an order. Here are the red flags you need to be aware of: they did not charge me taxes which is proof enough of illegal activity online; the business address is the same as other 2 fake companies (google "1835 West Vogel Avenue, Suite 106, Phoenix, Arizona 85021" and it is linked to other 2 scam websites santorinistyle.com and palisadesoffocial.com); they did not reply any of my phone calls (calls route to a generic answering system that puts you on hold for 5 mins then sends you to voicemail). I emailed them asking to cancel and refund and they said I was "outside of the 12 hr period to request cancellation". Do your due diligence before purchasing anything online.

Edit 02/09/24: its been 21 days since order shipped. And I still haven't received my order. The tracking number provided shows no progress with the shipment.
