This was a terrific experience from start to finish: ordering was easy, straightforward, and accommodating to my delivery dates. Customer service was very responsive and helpful. We had the benefit of a friend recommending Salus Saunas, so we had their help with the installation which would have been daunting on our own. It's a beautiful piece that is integral to changing a guest room into a sanctuary! The sauna feels like next level luxury in my own home!

I am the proud owner of a Salus Sauna Grand Monarch sauna. I worked with Angelle who was terrific to work with and even got to meet the owner Mark. I had trepidation ordering a sauna because I know very little about them. My wife and I did quite a lot of research and decided on a Salus Sauna. We could not be happier. I have had the sauna less than 2 weeks and am very happy we own one and are especially happy we chose Salus. I will be recommending this company to my friends and family. A very impressive operation.

From start to finish George & the entire Salus Sauna team went above and beyond. From selecting the right sauna, to helping guide my contractors on installation they were there every step of the way. Sauna is hitting the perfect temperatures, no sub 200s here!

Received our unit with no issues. Had it built and electrical installed with unit working properly. The only thing I could add is that the heating unit knob to turn on is in a very inconvenient place. Same for the thermostat. We have used the unit many times since installation and love it!! Exactly what we were looking for!!

I couldnt be happier with my sauna- I use it daily. When I had a slight problem with a light controller, George Castaneda was immediately available for assistance. He not only helped with me with a replacement item, but checked in along the way. Hands down some of the best customer service with any product I have ever purchased, ever.

I’ve been a long-time customer of Salus Saunas and have been consistently impressed with both the product quality and, especially, the customer service. Being based in Hawaii, great customer support is a non-negotiable for important purchases like a barrel sauna, and Salus has absolutely delivered.

Beyond the initial purchase, I’ve had a couple of situations related to ongoing maintenance and replacement parts, and the support I received was nothing short of stellar. The customer service was fantastic. Mark and his team helped me out with any bumps in the road that I faced. The bumps referenced had to do with product delivery, as I received the wrong heater for my specific service. Again, once the issue was noticed and reported Mark and his team of professionals resolved the problem in expeditious manner.
