I have had a great experience with Samsung since I first had one of there devices when I was a teenager (I am 30 now). I had a TV for four years that suddenly wouldn't turn on on my birthday, and they sent a repairman that week and fixed it for free. They are easy to contact and very understanding and kind. They treat the community well with giveaways and discount codes (I even got a free Galaxy Tab for buying a new phone, pretty good deal!). Nothing but nice things to say about them; I've never had a bad experience, which is why I have stuck with them for everything from TVs to phones and more. I would definitely recommend them.

My journey with Samsung started with A52s in 2022. I bought it due to its all rounder capabilities and it did not disappoint at all. Since then I just started to build my Samsung ecosystem from buds to watches to fridge...so on.

Currently using S23u and this thing is still a beast. Did not give me any issues in last 2yrs. Battery life is good, camera on par with some of the latest new phones and smooth as ever.

Paired with it are my buds2 pro and watch 5. As you can guess these are now really old devices but that is the thing, they last good and still perform as day 1. With these qualities, I have been happy to spend my money with Samsung.

Only few issues I have (reason for 1 less star) is there are very few stores of Samsung. This hinders my experience on using and buying instore and have to rely on online purchases and waiting for the device to arrive.

Also with the latest releases I feel like Samsung has taken a step back from risky innovations. S25U didn't give me enough to upgrade, same with the new buds. So I hope they can fix these with the new launches coming next year.

Samsung continues to impress me year after year. Recently, our 65" Frame TV suddenly stopped working - wouldn't turn on at all. I was worried because the 1 year warranty had expired.

I called the customer service line, described the problem, we did some troubleshooting steps but nothing worked. Then, to my surprise, they booked and sent a repair person within 2 days and the TV was fixed!

Their customer service is absolutely top-notch — the team goes above and beyond to make sure every question is answered and every issue is resolved quickly and professionally. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely values its customers.

Their products are truly innovative, blending sleek design with powerful performance. Whether it’s their smartphones, TVs, or appliances, you can always count on Samsung to deliver the latest technology with user-friendly features. Each product feels like a step into the future.

Samsung also have great promotions/discounts for newly launched products (especially phones).

Overall, Samsung sets the standard for quality and innovation. I couldn’t be happier with both their service and their products — highly recommend!

I have a Samsung Bottom Mount Fridge and a A33 Mobile both of which I am very happy with and if given the financial opportunity, would purchase again.

Samsung provide pristine Custom Service and products! Forever be a Samsung customer!

Overall good, Korean brand, some product made in Vietnam and not china. Always have sale, keep an eye for the best deal.

Having always been an Android loyalist, it was a no brainer that when HTC stopped releasing mobiles back in 2018ish that Samsung was my only option for a phone that was comparable at that time.

Thus my Samsung journey began. Since then I have upgraded my phone every 2yrs, currently running the S25 Ultra.

I have also utilised both the pro and standard version of Samsung watch. Currently researching the watch 8 series as in need of an upgrade from my current 5 series.

I have also recently purchased the Galaxy ring as a way of monitoring my health when not wearing my watch. The versatility of the ring and its waterproofing makes its a much more flexible option for myself who needs a built-in waterproofing as I often forget to engage waterlock on my watch until just at the last minute or I remove it altogether forgetting about the lock. In any event my current watch is not suitable for swimming or bathing or extended periods of submersion.

Having received the new tablet as part of my phones purchase promotion, I am unable to provide any commentary around this product having not yet set it up. However having last used a Samsung tablet in 2018, I found it to be an ideal compact version of having a laptop and oversized mobile combined into one.

If you're looking for a company that is always improving and continues to provide competitive technology Samsung is your best option.

Price and tech specs for all ages and usage abilities makes decisions even more family and user friendly.

Samsung has always been a leader in this field, i will always like Samsung so much more than iPhone Samsung is alot easier to use.

My S24Ultra is a great phone, but lately sometimes it will say, "phone too hot" when I just plugged it in for charging, which is weird.

Charging my Samsung watch is becoming a drama. The cable is almost cut, and sometimes it simply won't charge, I have to keep trying till it starts.

My second Samsung phone. I could not be happier. Everything works, keeps updating, is robust and easy to use. I now own a Samsung TV as well. I have not had to contact Samsung about anything so cannot speak of after sales.
I have an iOS device for work and just giggle at that product. I am totally satisfied with my Samsung devices. I will not be buying any other brand.

The phone, tablet and watch I recently purchased have been great. Dealing with Samsung for resetting my Samsung account was easy and the team made it easy. Supporting apps on the Galaxy store make everything so much better.

I love samsung, I love the way that everything connects up so seamlessly and you only need one brand for everything in you house for it to work perfect and that is samsung

Recently redeemed a tablet via promotions for buying the samsung s25 ultra. No issues with redeeming and received fairly quickly!

I have had Samsung phone for at least 40 years I love them

After the software update. My speaker had wired sound when playing music and I gave for service. I was told it take max 3 working days, how ever it took 7 working days. A spare phone was not provided neither I was not informed to collect the phone once the phone is repaired.
