The worst customer service, they're only available Monday thru Friday. To make worse they want to send more videos to proof I got bad phone replacement.

Im paying samsung care plus and i have no customer service!
Im paying samsung care plus $8.24 per Month since Aug 2023. In June 2025, I bought a galaxy S25 phone, samsung care plus is $8.44/Month. A total of $16.57/Month for the Tab & phone. May & June 2026, I am being charged $35.50. WHY?? Im told there is a "glitch ". Three weeks later, still no communication with anyone from the billing office. My Tablet needs service, I was told, my coverage was canceled for non-payment. Yet, I have bank statements saying I am Paying. I need help and no one from samsung is calling me or telling anything when I finally get through a live agent! My tablet insurance ends in August 17, 2026. How can I escalate this? Every day I call, I'm told, give us 24-48 hours...it's been 3 weeks!!!
When Samsung Care+ Doesn't Care. Loyal Samsung Customer, Deeply Disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with the service I have received from Samsung Care+ and its third-party administrator, Servify.
Since Thursday, July 2, I have been trying to get a working replacement for the defective replacement phone that Servify sent me on June 5, 2026. Instead of resolving the issue, I have spent countless hours on the phone dealing with system glitches, excessively long hold times, and being transferred from one department to another, with no one taking ownership of my case.
To make matters worse, I was instructed to visit an authorized Samsung service center to have the replacement phone diagnosed. The technicians confirmed the issue after running diagnostics, yet even after following every instruction and providing the requested documentation and video evidence, I am still left without a resolution.
Many of the agents I spoke with were unable to clearly explain what was happening, struggled to understand the issue, or simply lacked the patience to listen before transferring me to another department. Every phone call felt like starting over from scratch.
This is not an inexpensive device—it's a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold. Customers who invest in Samsung's flagship products and pay for Samsung Care+ do so because they expect premium support when something goes wrong. Instead, I have experienced delays, confusion, poor communication, and a process that has turned a simple warranty replacement into an exhausting ordeal.
Samsung should seriously reevaluate its partnership with Servify. Outsourcing customer support does not outsource responsibility. Every interaction with Servify reflects directly on the Samsung brand, and right now, that reflection is far from the premium experience Samsung promises.
I have been a loyal Samsung customer, but this experience has significantly damaged my confidence in Samsung Care+. Customers deserve knowledgeable representatives, clear communication, accountability, and timely resolutions—not endless transfers, repeated explanations, and unnecessary frustration.
At this point, I am no longer just disappointed with Servify. I am disappointed that Samsung allows its customers to go through an experience like this.
I am extremely disappointed with…
I am extremely disappointed with Samsung Care+ and the way my claim was handled.
I sent my phone in for a repair because the fingerprint sensor stopped working. I specifically used Samsung Care+ because I have been paying $15 every month for the past three years for coverage, expecting that repairs like this would be covered under my protection plan.
Instead of honoring the warranty I have faithfully paid for, I was shocked to receive a $1,500 bill stating that my repair would not be covered. Samsung Care+ claimed the phone was already damaged, even though the only issue with the device was a small cosmetic scratch on the bottom of the phone, nowhere near the fingerprint sensor or the area requiring repair.
Despite explaining this multiple times, they continued to insist that the repair was excluded because of this alleged damage. It feels like they were looking for any excuse to deny coverage rather than honoring the service I’ve been paying for every month.
After paying for Samsung Care+ for three years, I expected peace of mind
not an unexpected $1,500 bill for a repair that should have been covered. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in Samsung Care+. I feel like I paid for a warranty that provided no value when I actually needed it.
I cannot recommend Samsung Care+ based on my experience. If you’ve been paying monthly expecting they’ll stand behind their coverage when something goes wrong, be aware that your claim may still be denied for reasons that don’t seem related to the actual repair.
This is definitely not a service you…
This is definitely not a service you want to buy. As soon as you seal the deal, they will do everything they can to avoid helping you. It is especially difficult to reach anyone if you want to cancel. Avoid them at all costs!
DO NOT buy warranty services from Samsung and Servify. You will regret if you do
I bought a new Samsung S26 phone along with Samsung Care Plus support through Servify (January 2025). I don’t have enough space to describe the many wasted hours I spent dealing with Servify’s ineffective service.
**Basic recommendation — do not purchase this service.** Here is a summary:
* It took more than **6 months of repeated phone calls and messages** just to get my new phone recognized by their useless web page and impossible bot system. Without recognition of my phone number, there is no service. During this entire time, there was **no way to speak to a human representative**.
* After approximately 8 months, I noticed that my phone’s battery only held about **60% of the charge compared to new**. As of now (end of June 2026), it holds **less than 40%**. I first checked with a Samsung service center and was told the battery is “working properly” simply because it charges and discharges. They will not replace it unless it completely fails. More time wasted, more frustration.
* I contacted Servify about the issue and received **no response whatsoever**.
* I filed a complaint with the BBB in Texas, and only then did I begin to receive calls from Samsung Care Plus (**highly recommend filing a BBB complaint instead of wasting time with customer support**). BBB closed the case, notting my disatisfaction with the service and no further action.
* Following the complaint, I was instructed to contact a “fix-it” repair center. When I did, the technician told me that **replacement batteries are not available** for my phone model—even though it is a common Samsung model. Yet more wasted time, and added frustration.
* Now, as of **June 26, 2026**, my phone holds less charge, with
**no solution in sight**.
* With the **$152 spent on this useless warranty** from Samsung and Servify, I could have replaced the battery multiple times myself—not to mention the frustration and time wasted dealing with their poor service.
Overall, this has been an extremely disappointing experience marked by **poor support, lack of accountability, and completely ineffective service**.
Absolutely worthless customer service
Absolutely worthless customer service. Takes 20 minutes just to get thru the AI who hung up on me once. Then when I did finally get a hold of a live persons I could not understand them. Their English was extremely bad. Then they give me the run around with getting my phone fixed. Had to explain to 3 different people what's going on with my phone. Non of which spoke clear English at all. Then the lady got my address wrong 4 times then she transfers me to another person because she couldn't get my address to save properly... Very frustrating experience. 56 minutes on the phone. I will never get the care plus again. For such a big company I can not believe the extended care plan is such a nightmare to deal with.
⭐ 1 Star
⭐ 1 Star — Absolutely Disgraceful Service
Samsung Care+ is, without question, the most frustrating and incompetent insurance program I have ever dealt with. I pay a substantial monthly premium for this service, yet the first time I actually needed to use it, the entire system completely failed.
The nightmare started with Samsung's AI system, which seemed intentionally designed to prevent customers from reaching a human being. After wasting nearly two days trying to get assistance, I finally reached a representative only to receive scripted, generic responses that solved absolutely nothing. It became painfully clear that nobody had the authority, knowledge, or willingness to take ownership of my case.
The replacement phone that Samsung sent was lost in transit. Instead of accepting responsibility for a shipment they initiated, Samsung Care+ actually told me to contact FedEx myself and file a claim. Let that sink in: Samsung was the shipper, Samsung chose the carrier, Samsung controlled the replacement process, yet they attempted to push the responsibility onto the customer. That level of accountability avoidance is astonishing.
What made the situation even worse was the endless runaround. I repeatedly requested an in-store replacement at a Samsung location near me, only to be told that "Samsung" would have to approve it. The shocking part was discovering that I was not actually dealing with Samsung but with a third-party contractor. When I contacted Samsung directly, they simply transferred me right back to the contractor. Nobody could make a decision. Nobody could provide answers. Nobody could resolve the issue.
Meanwhile, I was left without a replacement device, losing valuable time, productivity, and money while different departments pointed fingers at each other. Days passed with no updates, no accountability, and no clear explanation of what was being done to fix the problem.
Samsung Care+ sells customers peace of mind but delivers the exact opposite. When everything goes smoothly, the service may seem fine. The real test is what happens when something goes wrong, and in my experience the system completely collapsed. The lack of communication, lack of ownership, lack of urgency, and lack of customer support were beyond unacceptable.
This experience has seriously damaged my trust in Samsung as a company. After years of loyalty, I am now strongly considering moving to Apple because I cannot justify continuing to pay premium prices for products and services that fail customers when they need support the most.
My advice: Don't judge Samsung Care+ by the sales pitch. Judge it by what happens when you file a claim. If my experience is any indication, be prepared for delays, confusion, finger-pointing, and an exhausting battle just to get the service you already paid for.
BEWARE
BEWARE, assume they will do a factory reset. I only asked them to repair a cracked screen and I got my phone back, screen was fixed but it wouldn't accept my SIM card. The clowns did a factory reset WTF! Now I am working with a separate phone to do a back up. Thank God I have an old phone. The guy tried to get me to believe I had dirt on my SIM card. What? however would that happen. At that point I realized the guy on the phone had no idea what he was talking about. DO NOT SEND YOUR PHONE UNLESS YOU WANT A FACTORY RESET! Never going to buy a Samsung phone again, I need a company that knows how to repair a simple screen without erasing all my data and photos. Apple I'm coming back!
I paid for care + for over 24 months
I paid for care + for over 24 months, when I tried to cancel through the website, it would NOT let me cancel 3 months in a row very deceptively although i went through ALL the steps required. They told me sorry for the cancellation, but continued to charge me. In the end, I had to cancel through a phone operator who was very apologetic and I requested refund for 3 months i was charged incorrectly. I had to double pay for insurance for 3 months because they would NOT LET ME CANCEL UNLESS I CALLED VIA PHONE, INTERNET CANCELLATION WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL THEY SAID. ABSOLUTE SCAM. I TRIED TO CANCEL 3 times and they overcharged me 3 months till i called in person. Refund is being reviewed but may not be issued.
Terrible UI and log in process
Terrible UI and log in process, company is seperate to samsung and operate through a 3rd party. Even cancelling the policy was unnecessarily difficult
Samsung care is the WORST
After 6 weeks of constant back and forth, Samsung finally fixed our TV, but the experience was terrible from start to finish. Customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, communication was poor, and the technician who came to our home was unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. No repair should take this long or be this stressful. Very disappointed with the way Samsung handles customers after the sale.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever, just for some background information I didn't want to cancel my warranty policy I simply wanted to change my card on file since I closed the account that was set up with. On two separate occasions I tried calling in good faith to update my payment method and was given the runaround with the representatives and was not able to change my payment method on file I stayed on the phone for 4 hours in total. After being frustrated with the representative I told the representative I wanted to cancel and he was able to cancel for me in less than 2 minutes. Samsung if you read these reviews please give your representatives more access to update payment methods because I had no problem continuing to pay monthly for a warranty policy that I would probably never use. But having to talk to a rep to simply change my card on file shouldn't be rocket science.......
Negative stars
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Samsung Care+. My Samsung Z Flip replacement process has been a nightmare from start to finish.
My phone broke and I rely on it for work, so being without it had serious consequences. After filing a claim, I was told my replacement device was on backorder, which left me without a working phone for 9 days. Because my job depends on my phone, I ended up missing 7 days of work waiting for a replacement.
When the phone finally arrived, it wasn’t even the correct device. Instead of the color I originally purchased, Samsung sent a different color refurbished phone without any warning or explanation.
After already waiting over a week and dealing with multiple unhelpful support interactions, receiving the wrong device felt like the final slap in the face. When you pay for device protection and buy a premium phone, you expect reliable support and a replacement that actually matches what you purchased.
The entire process was slow, frustrating, and poorly handled. Customers shouldn’t have to lose income and wait over a week just to receive the wrong replacement device.
I expected much better from Samsung, they clearly dont care about their customers.
If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I bought a $4000 Samsung Bespoke fridge 2 years ago and added Samsung Care plus. Right before the 2 years It stopped cooling. Fast forward 30 days 30+ calls to care plus, and Assurant, over 10 hours on the phone with them, and 2 service visits, my fridge is still not working. I have asked about getting it replaced or a refund to buy another one, and all I get is we’re sorry but we can’t do anything until we exhaust all options. Mean while I lost hundreds of dollars of groceries going bad, I fit what I could in two coolers I had to buy, and lost two medications that needed to be refrigerated. I would never get or recommend care plus to anyone. And this is coming from someone who use to sell Samsung products.

Samsung is not true to their word.
The care plus center in Burnaby doesn't even document properly. I thought they put in a service request. The disconnect cost me my care plan coverage on damage that occurred when it was active. I feel tricked out of my care plan. I did not agree to this kind of service. They promised best warranty but will not honor it.
Two weeks for them to fix your phone
Two weeks for them to fix your phone. Who can wait that long without a phone. These people are a joke
I got this strictly for theft and loss…
I got this strictly for theft and loss on a new Samsung phone but was deeply disappointed to learn that the premium care requires one to enable tracking everywhere one goes with Smart Things to make a successful claim. That's a deal breaker for privacy centric customers.
Even if Samsung does honour a claim it is subject to a fee or deductible of $250 on flagship device, so, with one year of premium care that's over $400 and you may receive a refurbished replacement.
You are better off buying it with a credit card with insurance that covers mobile purchases. No hoops and no tracking required.
Back the phone goes.
