Just received my first pair of Samuel Windsor handmade desert boots and have put in an order for a back up pair already. Fantastic fit and beautiful build quality at a very reasonable price. Even includes a spare set of laces which is a nice touch.

I ordered a pair of suede men's shoes online. Its manufacturing process is so perfect, and the delivery speed is also perfect. But there was a little noise when I was walking, so I asked the manufacturer for a return. Unexpectedly, their employee Anna made it clear that she could send to me another pair of shoes without returning it. This service was really touching. I hope to become their loyal customers in the coming days to support and recommend them, and wish the brand more and more success in the future development.

This will be my 3rd pair of Oxblood shoes from SW and I have to say the service has been second to none. I even ordered a pair for international delivery when I loved abroad. There was a slight hiccup but managed to get through to customer service who were more than happy to help me. Great for people with wide or big feet!!

I'm a UK14* and struggle to find well made leather shoes at a reasonable price, where corners haven't been cut on the quality. I purchased a pair of black formal shoes which are amazing for all formal events. I have just purchased the brown deck shoes for summer. I've found a company who focus on quality without breaking the bank.

*If you have large feet, you can't go wrong.

My son bought some shoes, one wasn't quite right, Samuel Windsor were on the case straight away. The Customer Service is above and beyond incredible. I have bought from them many times, the quality and price are fantastic. However, the customer service provided is way beyond any other retail shop I have ever experienced. Congratulations to all who work and provide this care and attention for the customer. YOU are brilliant.

I have previously ordered shoes from Samuel Windsor and been pleased with the service. However I will never buy shoes from them again. I am a standard 10 and previous shoes brought from Samuel Windsor were a 10 and the fit was perfect. The shoes I received in my latest order were huge. They are marked as a 10 but there about an inch of room at the toe on both shoes. Delivery was £5.99 and I’m having to return them at my own cost. So I’m out of pocket over £12 with nothing to show for it.

I've bought several pairs of Oxford shoes from Samuel Windsor down the years. This time, the pair I received was faulty. I notified them on Tuesday evening. I received a replacement pair on Friday morning. THAT, my friends, is fantastic service!

Everything was perfect with the service. Website was easy to use and slippers are great.

Poor quality shoes. Not pure leather. This are all lies. They are refusing to refund my money or to replace the faulty shoes. Very poor customer service.

I used to like Samuel Windsor, but my latest purchase has changed my mind!
I purchased a pair of Monk Strap shoes in January. They have correct leather soles, but not even 5 months later, one shoe’s sole has developed a hole in the sole!
I do not wear these shoes that much, probably 2 x per week, and do not walk very far in them. I am sick of companies taking OUR money and supplying sub standard quality equipment.
I advise people to be aware of Samuel Windsor, and their low quality produce. If you buy anything from them, do not expect it to last past 5 months!

As a man with size 13 feet I have been buying my shoes from SW for years as I've found that I can wear them straight from the box. I was pleased to find that you have are still in business and was about to place an order for 3 pairs of deck shoes until I noticed that the sizes stopped at size 12. The reason for my rating is purely because of disappointment regarding the sizes, please resume manufacture of size 13, some of us are blessed with big feet....

I've purchased many pairs of shoes through SW, some when the company was under previous ownership. Just taken delivery of penny loafers and my usual deck shoes and delighted to report that the service, fit and quality, not to mention very keen pricing, is faultless. Highly recommended and I will certainly buy again.

Love Samuel Windsor shoes and have purchased many pairs over the years however, I ordered a pair 6 days ago and paid £6.99 for Royal Mail 48hr delivery as I have an important event tomorrow.
Royal Mail still haven’t received my item from Samuel Windsor so I won’t be receiving my order on time.
Very disappointed, great shoes and great value for money but delivery is a shambles.

I have used SW for many years and was disappointed to see that they closed down last year! However, i did manage to secure a pair of boots (BV 376) during their closing down sale. These boots are first class and still in their box un-used yet?
Great to see they have been saved from extinction and are selling again albeit in a different format. I will certainly be a customer again should they start selling boots. Look forward to hearing some more news in the coming months!

I am located in Australia. I bought some slippers for my father for Father's Day, whilst in lockdown in 2020. The size I ordered was incorrect, so I sent the slippers back and asked for a different size. I did this using the system provided by the company. Unfortunately, not only did I not receive another pair, but they also refused to give me a refund. Every time I have attempted to contact them, they said the order has been fulfilled and close my enquiry.

If you are an online/overseas buyer, I would think twice about purchasing from this company.

Sorry to hear Samuel Windsor have closed .I bought many pairs of shoes and boots over the years .I put on the 1st pair of brogues I bought over 15 years ago and the feeling was like meeting an old friend . Hopefully new owners will continue the same quality .

I have been buying SW shoes since 2008 and have never been disappointed. I have over ten pairs of their shoes. So it was sad to hear that they closed down, and I hope that the new owners will continue to deliver on the high-quality product and service I have always experienced with SW.
