It was a really great experience where not only did I learn, but I put the learning into action. It helped me to get out of my comfort zone and the mentors were there if we were ever unsure of anything. A big thank you to Albert for helping me every step of the way.

I have just completed the four-day…
I have just completed the four-day Rent-to-Rent Financial Freedom Challenge with the Samuel Leeds Academy and I can honestly say it has been one of the most inspiring and motivating learning experiences I have had.
A huge thank you to Jag Khalsa for being an exceptional coach throughout the challenge. Jag delivered the training with dedication and commitment and it was clear that he genuinely wants every participant to succeed. His ability to explain the rent-to-rent strategy in a simple and practical way and his input during the past four days has made the whole process feel a lot easier and achievable.

4-day R2R FFC
I have just finished a 4-day R2R Financial Freedom Challenge with Nina Bartlett as my coach. Nina knows her stuff and has a nice down to earth approach. Even though she is a successful property investor, she is willing to learn from those of us who are less experienced.
I would wholeheartedly recommend this course as there is so much growth you experience between day 1 and 4.

The growth that can take place between day one and day four is often one of the most rewarding parts of the Financial Freedom Challenge. We are delighted that Nina’s knowledge and down-to-earth style created such a positive environment for your group. Your observation that she remains open to learning from others also speaks beautifully to the collaborative spirit we value within the Academy.

Samuel Leeds Academy - Financial Freedom Challenge - Rent to Rent.
I have just completed the Samuel Leeds Rent to Rent financial freedom challenge. I was not sure what to expect but it was fantastic. I have learned a lot and gained the confidence to go out and do this. Albert Lis was not only a really nice guy but also very helpful and knowledgable. Nothing floored him, he answered every question with complete confidence. It shows how effective the Academy is and I look forward to the day that I might be knowledgable enough to do what he does.

A special shout-out to Jag Khalsa
A special shout-out to Jag Khalsa, who has been a fantastic coach throughout the Rent-to-Rent Financial Freedom Challenge.
Jag was clear and honest from the start about which strategies were most likely to produce results within the four days. That guidance helped me focus my efforts, take action and avoid overcomplicating things. I especially appreciated his advice around choosing the right Rent-to-Rent strategy for the challenge timeframe.
I also want to thank Samuel Leeds for creating the Academy and these Financial Freedom Challenges. The structure pushes you to stop overthinking, get out there, speak to agents and landlords, view properties and do the work that is actually needed to move forward.
The challenge has given me greater confidence, practical experience and a clear action plan to continue building relationships with letting agents, follow up on opportunities and keep sourcing Rent-to-Rent serviced accommodation deals.
Jag’s encouragement, direct approach and practical guidance made a real difference. I would highly recommend him as a coach.

Hi Pamela,
Thank you for your email.
The last email we can see from you was in February 2024, where we transferred your ticket over to a different date.
Unfortunately, due to the timescale which has passed since making your purchase, unfortunately we would not be able to deviate the terms and conditions and provide you with a refund.
We are sorry this may not be the outcome you may have hoped for, but we must remain consistent to be fair to all of our customers.
Kind Regards

Hi Pamela,
We are sorry to hear that you remain unhappy with the outcome.
We have reviewed the correspondence held on your account. When you contacted us in September 2023 to explain that you had been admitted to hospital and were unable to attend due to your health, our team responded and offered to postpone your attendance or transfer the place to someone else.
You later contacted us again in February 2024 and asked to be booked onto the June 2024 training, which our team arranged for you.
We do acknowledge that when you contacted us again in September 2025, the full history of your earlier correspondence was not initially identified. We apologise for the confusion and frustration this caused.
However, the purchased package included online training and live training, and alternative attendance arrangements were offered on several occasions. As the services remained available and a later booking was arranged at your request, we are unable to agree that no service was provided or approve a refund several years after the purchase.
We remain happy to review what training may still be available to you and discuss the practical options for accessing it. Please contact our Customer Service Team directly at team@samuelleeds.com so that we can assist further.

Practical and Well Structured Property Academy
I recently joined the Samuel Leeds Academy, and so far I've been really impressed.
The courses are very well structured and clearly explained, making them easy to follow. I really like that you have to complete the tasks in each module before moving on to the next. It keeps you accountable and pushes you to take action rather than just watch the videos.
The training is very practical, with exercises that help you put what you've learnt into practice straight away. The content is current, up to date and relevant, which gives me confidence that I'm learning strategies that work in today's market.
If you're thinking about getting into property but you're not sure where to start, I would definitely recommend the Academy. The support is there throughout your journey, but you have to be prepared to put the work in. You get the structure, guidance and a community of like-minded people who are all learning and taking action.

Thanks Kirti, your review describes the Academy approach exceptionally well. The module tasks are intentionally designed to turn learning into action, build accountability and prevent students from simply consuming content without implementation. We are delighted that the structure, current market relevance and supportive community have already given you confidence in your decision to join. Your balanced point that the support is there, but the individual must be prepared to do the work, is both honest and important.
