The course forces you to be fully equipped and ready to go by the time you finish, it helps you look at your future aspirations and beyond to. It has definitely helped me build my confidence in myself. I will do this. For the first time in my life have thoroughly enjoyed learning. Its all ive been able to think about. "I want to share my review for Samuel…
"I want to share my review for Samuel Leeds and the team. This was a truly professional experience — I learned so much more than I expected. Samuel doesn't just teach; he pushes you to actually do the work, and that made all the difference. We learned not just the theory, but how to practically start in property and how to make things happen.
I especially want to thank my coach, Jag Khalsa — he was outstanding. Whenever we struggled, he was there to guide us and help us move forward. Thank you also to all the mentors and everyone in our group. It was a tough but brilliant week. Thank you all — I'm leaving here with real confidence and a clear plan. Highly recommended!"

I was in BRR FFC with Maria last 4 days. It was an incredible experience. Maria has so much knowledge about everything BRR, best ways to estimate refurb, best ways to refurb. I will definitely be using all that information I have gathered.
I highly recommend this FFC especially with Maria Di-Fonzo.

Samuel Leeds Training Experience
Just completed the 4 day Financial Freedom Challenge which was an amazing learning experience on the BRRR/Flip strategy. Had a fantastic coach, Rosie Hyland, who was a great motivator and friendly face when advice was needed. Really opened my eyes into what is required to source the perfect BRRR deal, hoping one will materialise from this week or at least from all the leads gained. Hard work always pays off!

Ghafour, it sounds as though you made the most of every part of the four-day Financial Freedom Challenge. It is especially good to hear that the BRRR and flip training gave you a much clearer picture of what to look for when sourcing a strong deal. Rosie will really appreciate your comments about her motivation, guidance and support. You have already done the hard work of getting out there and building leads, so we hope those conversations continue to develop into exciting opportunities.

The BRR FFC has taught me so much in property investor. This challenge has been a real practical exercise that brings the theory we learn back to life.
I will definitely be booking myself on the next FFC. This has taught me a lot about the extent of due diligence that needs doing.
I have enjoyed these 4 days and a very massive thanks to Rich Harris our coach, he is super brilliant. .

Florence, this is wonderful to read. One of the most valuable parts of the Financial Freedom Challenge is being able to take what you have learned in theory and apply it in a practical setting, so it is great that the BRR challenge brought that learning to life for you. Your point about due diligence is particularly important and will serve you well as you assess future opportunities. We will also make sure your lovely feedback about Rich is recognised. We look forward to welcoming you onto another FFC.

Confidence is growing week after week.
What an amazing week on the FFC BRRR.
This was my third FFC and once again, it’s given me so much knowledge and invaluable hands on experience.
I can genuinely feel my confidence growing week after week by getting out there, putting my learning into action and pushing myself outside my comfort zone.
I can’t wait to see where this property journey takes me.

Six weeks in and already feeling more comfortable thinking and operating as a property entrepreneur is meaningful progress, Dan. Closing a deal is only one milestone, and the knowledge, confidence and practical experience you are building now create a much stronger foundation for when the right opportunity comes together. It is also lovely to hear how much you have valued the coaches, Samuel's training and Nina's support during the Financial Freedom Challenge. Keep taking those consistent steps.

It’s a long story
It’s a long story
Joining the academy was one of the worse financial decisions of my life
I put myself and my credit ratings at risk.
I’m not going to explain because of the limitations on how many words this review can contain.
One thing I’ll beg you for, if you’re reading this is NOT TO PAY THE £10k ACADEMY FEE. You are likely going to regret it. I don’t want you to make the same mistake I’ve made.
A word is enough for the wise

For me, Samuel’s programme is like fuel for a car.
Since joining Samuel Leeds Academy, I have completed many modules, including BRR, serviced accommodation, leadership and, most recently, rent-to-rent.
Every programme has been packed with useful lessons and practical information. The amount of knowledge inside the Academy is incredible, and you can clearly see how much work Samuel has put into bringing everything together.
The training is full of positive energy, practical strategies and valuable nuggets that you can actually use.
For me, Samuel’s programme is like fuel for a car. Without fuel, the car cannot move forward. I believe this is one of the reasons so many people inside the Academy go on to achieve results, because of the knowledge, structure and support Samuel has created.
It has been worth every penny for me, and I am very happy that I joined.

Bulent, this is such a considered reflection on your Academy experience. You have already worked through an impressive range of subjects, from BRR and serviced accommodation to leadership and rent-to-rent, and it is brilliant to hear that the practical nature of the training has remained consistent across them. We especially like your comparison of education to the fuel that helps a car move forward. Knowledge creates the foundation, but it is the combination of structure, support and continued action that helps turn it into progress. We are delighted the Academy has been worthwhile for you and look forward to supporting the next stages of your journey.

Speechless. Only 2.5 months into the course and withouy doubt It's the best course i have ever done. There is soooo much to learn but the structure of the courses enables you to know a lot instantly and how to avoid mistakes. Putting it into practice is the key!😃

What an encouraging update after just two and a half months, Vivien. We are so pleased the course structure is helping you absorb a large amount of information without losing sight of how it applies in practice. You have summed it up perfectly: learning how to avoid mistakes is valuable, but putting that knowledge into action is the key. We hope the months ahead bring even more progress and confidence.
