Reliable company. Good quality product
Straight forward process for ordering online. Good communication regarding delivery. The shower quadrant surround is excellent and high quality. Note it is easy to incorrectly position the vertical stainless steel surround. If you get it wrong the door steels will not fit.

Good morning,
Thank you so much for your comments and for your 4* review, plus the feedback provided.
We are glad that the service was to the standard expected and that you like the products ordered. We have noted your comments regarding the packaging - we do try to ensure all our products are packaged adequately and securely due to the high risk of the damage, so we are surprised that this was the case. I will ensure that your comments are passed on to our warehouse team to review this matter to ensure any oversights are addressed when it comes to collections from ourselves.
Thank you again for your kind comments.

Bath Mixer/shower
The ordering process, the delivery timescales were good and the look is just what I like . My only criticism is that the shower head feels very light and quite plastic. However, it works really well so overall I’m pleased but it could have been a little bit cheaper based on the quality of the shower head. Also the angle of the shower head cannot be adjusted so it is always facing straight ahead rather than downwards.

Good morning,
Thank you so much for your 4* review and for your kind comments, as well as providing some feedback.
I am so glad that you found the ordering and delivery elements to a great standard. Thank you also for your feedback on the product itself. We do try to provide all information and be as detailed as s possible based on information that is available from the manufacturers from the outset in respect of the product, and we do try to be competitive with our pricing on this basis also.
Having spoken to the manufacturer, I have been informed that the handset is made from an ABS material, which I have taken the liberty of updating on our website to ensure that this is clear. We will also pass your feedback regarding the bracket provided to see if an adjustable one is something they may be able to consider moving forward as part of this particular bundle.
Thank you again for your kind comments and feedback, and of course for taking the time to leave a review. It truly is appreciated.
Kind regards
Mark
