I dealt with Bruce Charles who was fantastic, kept in regular contact explained everything so well and was extremely friendly. I travelled from Inverness to Loughborough to collect my car and trade in my old one which speaks volumes.

The staff at Sandicliffe were incredibly helpful and friendly (particularly a young man named Henry). I have been looking to purchase a new car for the past few months and he was super knowledgeable. While I have postponed my purchase until the new year Henry’s service was great!

i have just purchased a new Ford Kuga Active Self Charging Hybrid car from Sandicliffe Ford Leicester.
Amelia Coleman was the sales advisor who looked after me from the first day of ordering the car to today when i picked my new car up. Amelia was very efficient, polite. friendly and most of all explained the process all the way to me driving away in my new car, i was astounded of her knowledge with my car and can only say Amelia is a credit to Sandicliffe

Drove away with the car same day

What a con. Had a email today from sandicliffe today regarding a massive sale. So I rang sandicliffe Ford Nottingham to confirm. I was told that all the used cars on the pitch are in the sale. But the internet says different. It looks like cars with high miles or just can’t move are in the sale. My advice is go to a proper dealer where the sale offers are true. This is an edit to my original post. I contact Chris Jackson at branch to give me the sale price on the kuga. He wasn’t even aware of the internet system. It states on the website press to get sale price so I did. Like I said buyer beware. Sandicliffe think we are all stupid. Buyers are being ripped off.

I was greeted by Richard who I spoke to on the phone at MG sandicliffe Loughborough. He was talkative, friendly and very lovely. He made time for me and never pressured me into anything. I felt very at ease speaking to him and purchasing my vehicle. 10/10 would recommend. Plus I am tremendously happy with my car.
