I was so delighted to find the perfect empreinte Thalia bra I had been looking for , for my daughter.
We had been hunting high and low for the ivory she loves .
This is her favourite ever bra , gives her great support and is so comfortable and it’s pretty , with delicate straps , without being heavy looking with summer clothes. Also without being bulky or making her look larger than she is . I was so happy to find the two I purchased . They arrived the next day with free delivery . As they will be for her birthday and Christmas presents , she is certainly a lucky daughter. Sometimes I wish I hadn’t recommended this brand , as she now waits for me to buy them. She never ever wears another brand , as she says she doesn’t get the support she needs.
I phoned the store before I purchased on line and they couldn’t do enough to help me and to tell me what stock they have . They do really go the extra mile for their customers . Extremely friendly lady and a very happy shopper.

Excellent customer service. A sarong ordered on 4 February 25 for a holiday and sent via Royal Mail on 5 February 25 by tracked mail, had not been delivered to me on 17 February. Royal Mail were unable to assist. Sandra Dee posted me another sarong by tracked next day delivery which arrived on 18 February 25. Well done and many thanks Sandra Dee.

Ordered three costumes online. When order arrived, 2 different colours had been substituted without my knowledge and one of these two garments was faulty. I asked for my return postage to be refunded. Sandra Dee emailed and asked me to return garments and then refused to pay return postage. Original service was helpful, but this company totally lets itself down by expecting customer to pay for returns of faulty items and incorrect orders!

Ordered and paid, and purchase was confirmed. The following day an email arrives saying they are out of stock (and no apologies)... Maybe they'd better off having a stall in a street market?.... Meanwhile, AVOID!
