My partner fell in love with the beautiful coffin Gem and Sapphire Studios was the way to go.

From the amazing product to what can only be described as Top Tier Customer Service Sapphire studios where the best. I'm based in the Republic of Ireland and with time difference and time of year one could be forgiven for thinking one wouldn't receive such prompt, thoughtful and reassuring help. You would be wrong. The guys went above and beyond to ensure that even in the midst if a near catastrophe they came through quickly and discreetly. In short; I couldn't recommend these guys enough!

A very nervous man had a beautiful moment and one we will cherish forever.

My fiancé had proposed back in May 2020 with the Ivy Fleur engagement ring. After a year of figuring out what we wanted to go, we decided to get eloped this upcoming December back in October. I reached out about getting the band to match the engagement ring, however I didn’t have any of the original order information. Thankfully they were able to find my fiancés original order, and they were able to make a quote for the custom make of the ring.

I wasn’t sure if we would see the band prior to our elopement in 4 weeks, as it would ship in 15-25 business from our contact at the end of October. However it shipped on November 19th from Australia, and arrived (and was delivered) in Canada on November 23rd. I did opt for the express shipping, and can agree it was worth it! Only downside was paying duty, but they have no control on me having to pay that!

I can’t wait to add more pieces from them to my collection, and excellent customer service! Thank you again!

I am posting an update on my review of the Ivy Fleur Engagement Ring due to the main Gem Stone having fallen out and being lost after under 6 weeks of use.

The ring had no damage, had not been knocked and is only really worn at home or out to dinner / seeing family etc. My Fiancee had not work it at worn or doing anything activity based.

We contacted Sapphire about this to be told the lost stones are not covered by warranty.

To their credit Sapphire did offer a replacement stone at a reduced price and were willing to ship this out without needing the ring back first.

We sourced a local Goldsmiths to replace the stone & modify the ring, adding 4 small claws to stop the stone from falling out again in future.

Given the expense of such an item, disappointed it didn't even last 6 weeks before failing.

Left original review below as all of that is still true. But if buying from abroad like I am (UK) just be aware it's not easy & is expensive to return goods to AUS if they should go wrong.

2 Great experiences now with Sapphire Studios.

First off I was after an engagement ring with floral metal work, being the only place I could find online that offered the sort of thing I was looking for I took the plunge on an Ivy Fleur ring. Delivery time and shipping were as described (Aus to UK). The ring itself is amazing quality and looks fantastic, my now Fiancée is absolutely made up with it.

Not content with that, I decided to place a second order for the 418 Cherry Blossom Earrings and 512 Cheery Blossom Necklace. I had these made as a custom order in different colours. Again, delivered on-time and they look amazing - Just wish I could give them to her before Christmas now!

On both occasions I've found the communication with Sapphire to be excellent, prompt responses to questions, bespoke ordering was very easy and website is easy to use to track the order.

Website FAQ is also very useful for questions, especially when ordering blind and internationally!

Sapphire are now top of our list when it's time for us to do our Wedding Ring shopping!

Tried to talk to them about getting a custom ring with an unlimited budget. I received a really rude response saying no and that my design wasn't viable. It's fine that they can't make it and don't want to talk about alternative designs, but the tone of the email was super harsh and critical. Buying an engagement ring should be an enjoyable experience, but instead their tone was strange and upsetting. I've since spoken to two other jewelers (one online, one local) and they either didn't have any issue with the design, or suggested thoughtful adjustments to make it easier to craft. I would have given up on my dream ring if I had listened to Sapphire Studios.

We ordered the Prism bridal set with a pink sapphire stone. Our order was placed September 27th.

A week before November 4th and a month of silence from Sapphire we decided to reach out to see the status of the ring. We were told that the ring would not meet the deadline and would be shipped on November 4th to 5th.

At first we were mad but the lateness was due to world events out of the control of Sapphire. Even though that is the case, Katie came through and did all she could to make sure the ring was sent out as fast as possible.

I appreciate the hard work that Sapphire does to make sure things work out no matter what. I'm sure the ring will be wonderful when it arrives, we are looking forward to it!

So I am late for picking a wedding ring (of course) and my fiancée is disappointed and sad because she fears she won't have a ring for the wedding. So, I contact Sapphire Studios to save my behind in the hopes they can have it done and shipped from Melbourne to Montreal (Canada) in something like less than 2 months (which is outrageous as if I was the only client), but they pulled it through!!!

We received it today 1 month and 10 days after ordering it.

Ring is a beauty and way bigger than I expected! Packaging is neat! Fiancée is happy. I am relieved and about to have a happy wedding in less than a week 😄

I just received my Alice white gold ring (with rabbit and flowers) and just adore it. The craftsmanship is magnificent and the design is both whimsical and beautiful. My partner bought this ring for me as an Eternity ring, making it even more special. Thank you Sapphire Studios I shall always treasure this lovely ring.

I recently purchased the Alice and Immortal pefume  and was pleasantly surprised. I normally don't buy perfume blind as like to know how the scent will react to my skin but took the gamble and glad I did. Not only are the bottles stunning, they are both beautiful fragrances. Extremely impressed.

purchased Both our wedding rings from Sapphire Studios 3 years ago. I can say both rings still look like the day we purchased them.They have great customer service and quick turnaround times and designs that are quite frankly unique.I highly recommend them.

Quick and high quality service. They fixed my wedding ring within just a few days. Very friendly staff, easy to communicate and they actually listen to make sure they got it right to my demand.

Made a custom necklace exactly to my specifications. Everything came out beautifully and the packaging and presentation was astonishing. Shipping was fast and customer service was great and very responsive. They were very accomodating to make any changes I needed on my piece.

Great service I was on a ship in the artic circle and they were on lockdown in Australia an stil gave a great service. Just maybe inform the customers that if take payments plans the ring will not ship until the plan is completed. The rings were obviously amazing so she said YES !

I’ve never been a diamond girl and a Alexandrite was my dream stone. In changes in daylight to nighttime and looks different under certain lights.. This is the most beautiful ring I've ever seen let alone owned.
I felt like I was taking a risk buying a ring online but I couldn't find anything like this elsewhere.
The quality is really good and the band is the perfect width (not too thin/thick), sizing is perfect.
The ring came in a nice box (currently holding all my other jewels)

In the USA and received the destiny bridal set from my fiance. Absolutely love the rings, the prices, and we had the option for the center stone. I am constantly getting compliments on my engagement ring and besides the sentimental value from the game the ring is inspired by, the set itself turned out absolutely gorgeous! My now fiance purchased my engagement ring from Sapphire studios and so it seemed only fitting that I went back to them to get my wedding band for our big day coming up in July.
From the moment I first emailed them all the way through to the delivery of the ring they were more than happy to answer all of my questions, no matter how big or small and kept me up to date with the process along the way.
I opted to go with a custom design so that I could get something that would match with the little details of me engagement band and they were more than happy to accommodate.
I received both of my rings the other day and I must say that I think that they are absolutely stunning together and that SS nailed the design.
I couldn't be happier with how it turned out and will definitely be using them again in the future and recommending to anyone looking for unique or custom jewellery designs :)
