I have recently played American buffalo on bingo bash, I spent in excess of 1,000 chips and got nothing in return. Is this fair?

STFC ist einfach unterirdisch. Ein eigentlich schönes und gutes Spiel, dass durch Inkompetenz und offenbar Habgier völlig zunichte gemacht wird. Der Kundendienst ist unterirdisch. Verbraucherschutz nach geltendem EU Recht = null. Hier sollte die EU mal genauer hinsehen, sind ja sonst schnell mit Bussgeldern dabei.

Been playing Scopely Scrabble since last year. I had 10 playing against me. They weren't on there every time I played some had interval as though they were working etc then they'd come back of an evening or maybe later evening. It was very convincing that I was playing humans then about a week ago every person I was playing their pic frame and tile changed on the exact same day!!! So they can't be people they've got to be BOTs the one player that has me really confused literally has always play within 5 mins of my play and that frame and tile has stayed the same. So players saying they know how to recognise a BOT by them playing literally every time and within a few minutes isn't the answer.

These games are terrible. All they do is beg you to purchase tokens and if you do you never get anywhere. They take the tokens away very quickly and laugh all the way to the bank. Don't purchase tokens from them is my advice.

Their games don’t even merit 1 star, but it’s the only way to write a review.
Don’t waste either your time or money on their games. You stand no chance of winning unless you continually feed them money… and even then there’s no guarantee.
They have completely ruined the game experience with continual pop ups and animations that add NOTHING to the gameplay.

This company is only in it for their “whale” friends. Of something benefits other players for free, due to an error or glitch, they will quickly stop the event or progress or whatever, and either reset progress or take away the rewards earned. They like to use and quote the “subject to change” and “in the terms of fairness” quite well to screw players over. Our suggestions and complaints go unanswered, unless you have spent thousands of dollars. Customer service is useless and not at all helpful. Always generic answers. Lag and unable to log in/load game titles, always is blamed on our “internet connection”. How about taking all the filthy money you earn, and fix your crap? Have never had more issues with an app ever. But of course, I’m not a big spender so this will go completely ignored.

6 hour wait for a "live chat" response to a yes or no question.
Edit: Was told by support to use a VPN to connect an EU e-mail to the game (all my friends are playing in EU servers, and there's no way for an NA account to move to an EU server); now both my EU e-mail and my NA e-mail are connected to the same Scopely account. It's a real shame 0 stars isn't an option.

Scrabble ist seit Jahren voll mit Bugs und Werbung. Alles überladen und enormer Akkufresser.

Used to play Bingo Bash regularly - it was a great game - not anymore with Scopely running it - screen freezes constantly, credits are lost and winning a game is rare - this game now seems n my “delete” list!

I was banned from the game after spending money legitimately through apple, however when the ban was lifted all the dice I had earned and payed for had gone, I tried to speak with customer support who are useless and they just kept repeating the same sentence over and over. Disgusting behaviour, Scopely are thieves and con artists. STAY AWAY FROM THEM PLEASE

Complete disaster of a company. Support team employees are uneducated and incompetent. Absolute trash.

Terrible company. They build manipulative games designed using multiple psychological tricks to try to con you out of your money. They're not even decent games; just pathetic compulsion loop-creators with repetitive, self-referential gameplay, lacking any substantive point. Avoid.

Scam artists who don’t even know there directors names

I was banned from my acc for 7days for somthing I DID NOT DO.the worst part was 2 days before that happend i just flipped my album got 20000 dice plus i had about 5000 somthing already. And my net worth was 22000 somthing and my money was over 87 trillion . When i got my account back 0 dice. Net worth down to 11000 somthing and 7 billion dollars. RIDICULOUS made the game not fun anymore i worked hard to get there. I questioned them they said that equals my fraud. And closed the ticket didnt allow me to reply.. i didnt do anything fraud.

Rubbish service, it doesn't care about there clients also they like to put to many ads on the base line products and ribb people off.

everything they implement is bugged untested and not working and they care about money seen they dont even care to put in decent events for the not paying players

Company makes games so bad it should be illegal. each and every of their games is p2w and promotes bullying. They dont enforce their own rules if its people who spend and they can do whatever they like in this game. Every new update is a pile of untested garbage and they expect ppl to pay for quality of life changes. if ur not spending on this game u are just content for ppl that do.

Das Spiel hat Bugs und Verzögerungen ohne Ende, aber das einzige was bei Scopely zählt ist jedes Monat neue Inhalte damit der Rubel rollt. Der Rest ist Scopely egal.

Scopely/Star Trek Fleet Command - As a lifelong Trekkie I thought this would be a great game - unfortunately I was wrong! The "game" is geared to entice you to make various purchases to get anywhere and you are constantly being bullied by bigger players. You require to join "alliances" and these in turn have chat windows open in game. I have come across numerous examples of inappropriate comments - all of which are in breach of the apparent fair play and respect rules but you cannot report these to Scopely. Instead you raise it with the players alliance and the majority of the time are laughed at or brushed aside - there is no accountability. If you happen to do something which is perfectly allowed in game but annoys a bigger player, they bully you and make your game-play experience so difficult you can't play and leave losing all the money you have spent. The Scopely website makes it near impossible to get in contact with anyone so there is no enforcement of their apparent lofty ideals. I have decided to commence proceedings with my bank for a refund of the sums paid and, if necessary, legal proceedings. Without prejudice.
