Pay2Win per excellence. Support gleich null. Ingame-Kommunikation unterirdisch. Ideenlosigkeit bei Spielinhalten.
Im Falle von StarTrekFleetCommand: nahezu unmöglich alle Daily Tasks zu erledigen (sofern man ein Privatleben hat). Mit Events und AllyKommunikation braucht man 4-6 Stunden täglich.
Keine Chance auf Gewinne bei Leaderbords sofern man nicht (viel?) Geld investiert. 500-1000€/Monat sind wohl ein Minimum um oben mitzuspielen.
Schade um das Star Trek Universum, was hier besudelt wird.

Das beste kommt jetzt aber noch: Bei Monopoly wird ein nun vorgeschrieben wie oft man unter seinen Accounts wechseln kann.. mal 4 mal innerhalb von 24 Stunden manchmal auch nur 3 mal! Sowas habe ich echt noch nie erlebt!

Worst Company Ever!
I don't even know where to start. Scopely is basically a scam. Their customer support is probably the worst I've ever dealt with in my 48 years of life! I've lost my acct probably 5 times already. I'd write customer support, and they'd repeatedly just close the ticket for no reason. I spent, embarrassingly, thousands of dollars on this stupid game last year, and they couldn't bother to recover my acct. I had to start over at one point from a net worth of 18,000 to zero!
Scopely constantly claims they're all about fair play, yet they consistently cheat their players out of things that help them achieve goals. Every week they take things away and make the game worse. It's like they think, if they do it slowly, we won't notice, lol. Count your days Scopely! Lol

Startrek fleet command has offer through tapjoy which when completed should reward me emeralds for my hero wars game .
I completed the offer of recruiting an epic officer for star trek game . The reward being 450 k emerald for my hero wars for that particular task. The rest of the task of the game got rewarded. I showed them proof that I completed even that task and didn't recieve reward . They made me wait and marked me as ineligible. But for same start trek offer my friend also got an issue and when he raised complained he got the emerald.
They even don't tell any basis.
I was not using any emulator , vpn to be even intelligible for reward
Please don't do any offer they mentioned. They will simply say that the game advertiser mark you as ineligible even your claim is correct . They won't even bothered giving you reason . All the money you spend for that will be in vain

0 Stars! Players Beware. Scopely Violates Own Terms of Service for MonopolyGo!
I have had to submit several tickets through Scopely's Customer Service on their gaming app, MonopolyGo! given their lack of response and resolution to my complaint. My initial ticket was closed without resolution. As such, I have simply resubmitted the same ticket repeatedly in hopes that customer service will finally respond. I have now requested a dozen times to escalate my ticket and have followed the necessary steps outlined in their Terms of Service (detailed below my complaint). According to Scopely's Terms of Service, it is my right as a customer of the game to escalate my ticket (Scopely's Terms of Service Sections 9.1, 9.2, and 9.3. I have attempted to resolve my ticket via this method and followed the necessary steps; however, Scopely continues to instead close my ticket without a response and resolution... I demand that that my ticket (now tickets due to lack of response and resolution) be escalated for appropriate response and resolution. These are Scopely's Terms of Service pertaining to escalation of tickets: ESCALATION: If you have followed the above steps, but you feel that the issue remains unresolved after our player care team has stated that a matter is closed, please email us at ***** and include a reference to the help ticket and information sufficient to identify your Account, the specific issue you believe is unresolved, and the relief you are seeking. Our player care leads will work with you further to resolve your issue over the next sixty (60) days. In some cases, we may address the issue remotely. In others, we may ask to speak with you directly and will arrange a mutual time to discuss your matter. You agree that if a request if made to speak about the issue, you will personally participate. If you provide us with your phone number for this purpose, it will not be used for other purposes. Any applicable limitations periods (including statutes of limitations) will be tolled during the sixty (60) day escalation process.

STFC had 2.5 MILLION officer exp. i leved up 4 officers levels 10 to 15. And then it glitched and it all was gone. Scamly said I used it all. Really, on 4 low levels it is impossible. I am done with scamly and their games. NEVER AGAIN.

I wish I could do a.minus 5! I have spent thousands of dollars on scopely games like Yahtzee, Monopoly Go, Scrabble... my kids and grandkids play I fund their games and rarely complain! Just over a tear ago I lost a $20 credit I purchased in yahtzee I should have stopped after the issue was never resolved!! Instead I played and keep spending. On monopoly Go the Peg game glitched.. I had played all day as I was unable to get up. I added money purposely to hit the 2000 dice!! And I did..but instead of the game crediting me the blue line went back wards by the 2000 and 3 other prizes!! So I screen shot it right away turned in a ticket in less than a minute! I work for Google and know the quicker the easier to track it..I also know with that kind of glitch the longer you wait the less likely they will find the glitch!! It's been over 8 months ... nothing was ever resolved!! The first several months they were "investigating". You would think I was asking for all my money back!! All I wanted was the dice I KNOW I never received when the game glitches!! At the time there were several glitches and initially I was told they were back logged with other complaints so I patiently waited. I kept playing finally let them know it's time to nake things right!! Now they tell me I never reached the 2000 Well BullS***!! I know I did!! I purchased chips and more chips on purpose just to make sure!! I seen it hit and glitch!! I'm not stupid!! Do NOT waste your money on their games they are the worst Customer Service ever!! Really?? Would it kill you to give me the dice I won?? It's not like I'm trying to get free money! I pay to play.. there have been other glitches where I have been robbed of dice but generally under 200 and I never complain I just keep playing. The 2000 yes...I did complain I spent over $120 trying to reach it and I did!! I didn't ask for my money I just asked for the dice I won fair and square!!

Spiele seit über 5 Jahren "The Walking Dead, Road to Survival". Seit dem letzten Update startet das Game nicht. Es kommt der Spruch in schlechtem deutsch: Das Gerät muss Speicher sein, also, intern. Man soll Speicher frei geben. Spiel gelöscht & neu installiert, aber startet nicht. Hängt beim Scopely Startbildschirm. Mit 3 S-Phones probiert. Ohne Erfolg. Update muss fehlerhaft sein. Liebe Grüße

Unethical gaming that does not provide a fair rotation of players to attack on the Go Monopoly board. One of their employees hacked into the game and hit my board 20x in a row,each hit within a minute of each other.
I took all the screenshots of one hit after another within a minute of each other 20x in a row. This is unethical and a violation of a client's right to fair gaming and privacy. Only an employee would have access to hack into the game and create such a situation. I am requesting full refunds 100% of everything I have paid to date. So far 50% got returned and another 50 to go. There are many other great games out there to play and I'm glad I play many of them. No need to waste any further time on Scopely games who hire unethical employees.

I play Scopley's Monopoly Go
I play Scopley's Monopoly Go. This game is nothing but a money grabbing scam. Everything in the game is rigged. Dice rolls are pre-determined, events and challenges are clearly set to give the minimum possible, and the most recent partners event has been a disaster from the start. People are paying money to complete these events and challenges and Scopely is flat out screwing people out of their hard earned cash, and cheating the playerbase due to a "glitch". I truly believe this "glitch" was them getting caught with their hand in the cookie jar. Shame on you!! I have no issues spending a few bucks on a game I like, but this is absurd! DONT SPEND A SINGLE CENT WITH THIS COMPANY
