We were greeted when we entered by Pete (Abbotsinch store). Very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much bother, a very pleasant experience, not pushy just efficient.

Staff are very helpful in store but the quality of their products are terrible. Bought 2 couches and 7 months later the padding has collapsed and it’s like sitting on a metal frame. Just had their repair guy out who has ripped couch apart and put loads more padding in but hasn’t removed the faulty product and admitted the couch is faulty. We asked him regarding the lack of any comfort on the recliner for out feet and he said he was happy with padding when there isn’t any! Has the same comfort level as if you were to put a pile of bricks in front of you and rest your feet on them, should have gone Sofology

When we went to SCS to look at Poltronessofa we were left to look for ourselves with Some help to purchase our new sofa at the end of day. . Pity delivery was haphazard time was out back 3 times then cancelled. And put back 5 days but we got a call it could delivered on the Day The guys who delivered sofa were first class neat. & Tidy done and dusted in 30 minutes saved the Day
On entering the store I was welcomed by a salesman and given his name and told to ask if we needed any assistance.
2 two seater reclining sofas delivered and assembled 4 reclining seats making noise delivery team said that the noise should go away in 2 or 3 days but if it did not to contact the shop and they would send someone out to fix it. Contacted the shop who said it was nothing to do with them and I will have to contact EMMIERA GROUP Did this and they said it will take 4 weeks for someone to come out and check the problem. None of this was informed to when we purchased the 2 two seater sofas. After sale service is very poor.

Lovely suite! Delivery guys kept me informed on the day of delivery and were very pleasant and helpful while in the house.
Great service, no pressure applied. Very knowledgeable. Main selling point - choose any sofa in any fabric!
Delivery was professional and assembled in 30 mins.
The sales assistant was extremely helpful and guided us through all the options. A great experience from start to finish! Would definitely recommend.
Our visit to the store was very good Stephen was not to pushy just right. Very helpfull and it was just a good experience.

First time of visiting your Abbotsinch store the welcome was warm and your assistant (David) was very knowledgable and attentive. David is an asset to your company.
The only outstanding thing which I would not call an issue was when David took us through the delivery process and the fact that if there were issues experienced then your delivery team would make three attempts and if no success would leave the suite in an approximate place and then an upholstery would have to be assigned at extra cost. Delivery issues is something I wish to avoid, so I have sent David pictures and dimensions of the route that your delivery team will use on the day of delivery, to allow David to send to your delivery team for them to evaluate and confirm back that they see no issues. If there are any issues with delivery then we can discuss these and discuss solutions prior to the delivery date which will be sometime in August. I wish to stress I do not want to experience any issues on the day of delivery. I therefore wish this to be concluded well before the delivery date. If David can close this out then that would be great and really appreciated. If we can successfully close this out the I would suggest we have experienced the perfect journey in the purchase of our new suite. I hope to here feedback soon on this.
