The friendly and professional staff at your store were exceptional, especially Imogen who helped us throughout our visit. Imogen made sure that my needs were all met. She made sure that I tried many different sofas, explains how each one worked, making sure my final choice was exactly what I needed. Whilst we finalised our purchase we were offered refreshments. Imogen then made sure that the covers for the sofa met our requirements regarding material and colour. On the whole a very pleasant experience.

Good communication about where preparation of sofas were up to.
Delivery: sofa expected 19/8/26 between 16.55pm/5.20pm.
Phone call at 4.20pm to inform us that sofas would not be delivered due to transport issues!! [By this point we had nothing to sit on except cushion on floor and aged 66/64, not very good or easy] Reassured that sofas would be delivered by 8.30am 20/8/26.
4.30pm email and text message received advising sofas would be delivered 20/8/26 @ 4.55/5.20pm. Understandably this caused some upset/stress. I rang Coventry number and was told it would be delivered 20th but unsure of time. I asked who else I could ring for definite time and was told to ring Coventry back if sofa wasn't delivered. [Not at all reassuring to pensioners having to sit on floor].
Sofa did arrive 20/8/26 @ 8am delivered by two eastern Europeans whose English was not very good but they were very efficient and set up both sofas where I asked with no problem. They made sure we were happy where sofas were put before leaving.

We visited the Aintree store on the 19/8/26 welcomed and assisted by Imogen, she was very helpful and very patient, also very knowledgeable. She went above and beyond staying later than her finish time to help us.
The store was clean, bright and the sofas were beautiful.

We wanted an extra seat to fit into our corner sofa. We were assisted by little Kate again at the Aintree branch. She was courteous, professional and as always patient. She sorted out exactly what we needed and we are just waiting for a delivery date. We don’t think any other furniture stores go above and beyond like ScS does and once we receive the seat I will leave a further review.

Never visited one of your stores in fact I’d never heard of you, on saying that after first viewing sofas in a nearby store and receiving very little help in fact been told by an assistant just have a look around I’ll be with you shortly I’m just on the phone buying a new car. We walked out and straight into your store.

Oh what a difference, once inside a lovely lady greeted us with good, and asked had we ever been to the store before, she went into detail tell us about the store and it’s furniture, asked if we had anything in mind, listened to the particular points we required, and lead us to a particular area in store passing by one or two sofas saying that they either had all or some of our requirements, lead us to the next sofa, my husband immediately went and sat on it, saying that’s comfortable, I notice other features that we didn’t actually need, she explained that we didn’t have to have them and basically between all three of us we came up with the perfect sofa colour fabric removing things until we were happy.
Then she fully went through the after sale care package and then discussed delivery.
We couldn’t have asked for more of her from entering the store to leaving she was attentive knowledgeable friendly and all round nice person.

If there was one thing I could ask of the company, that would be to acknowledge her for her hard work and excellent sales skills.

The staff were friendly, and gave us plenty of time to look around, try various chairs for comfort. We only wanted one armchair - for my use because I have a bad back and our existing lounge suite is uncomfortable (for me, not the rest of the family). I found two armchairs very comfortable and had the opportunity to spend about 15-20 minutes sitting in each one to help me decide. Once I chose the chair, we were given several options as to colour, fabric, recliner (or not) and never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision.
The gentleman who served us was Louie and he explained everything perfectly, making sure we were happy with our choice.

The staff at your Aintree store were all both professional and knowledgeable. Louis approached us in a very friendly way and showed us all the corner sofas I was interested in. He was very helpful and my order was sorted very quickly. Thank you Louis and Kate.
