Excellent customer service. Both delivery drivers were very helpful.

When we went to purchase our new Sofa the Staff in the Basildon Store were so polite and helpful and made the whole experience stress free. We got great notification from the team delivering our new sofa, they let us know when they were 25 minutes away and when they turned up they couldn't have been more helpful and polite. They were both professional and respectful and very informative about how to look after our New sofa, Fantastic service.

Awful, this company is atrocious. We ordered three sofas last year around March time, two arrived as promised. The third was delayed due to building works, we paid around £800 for the sofas. The third turned up, wrong colour, they redelivered the wrong colour a second time. We spoke to the shop multiple times, they passed us on to (non) customer services, we told them if it didn't arrive soon we would no longer be able to get it in as we had arranged further furniture deliveries for our dining room, I was told if it was made I would have to accept it even though it was their fault. She never even bothered to ring us back with an update. We have been in the store around 7 times and this has been going on for nearly a year with no communication whatsoever. Today we went in the store and we were told it had been cancelled and they are charging us over £200 for cancellation. It's been nearly a year and nobody has rung us or anything, no communication whatsoever. I'm taking this further this company has basically just robbed us.

Great product, the delivery guys were amazing, they needed to take the sofa apart to get it through the door but they did it with a smile on their face, cleared up after themselves and were highly professional

Sofa ordered in store, but when delivered it had contrast stitching which we weren't expecting. Rejected on delivery but impossible to contact anyone, multiple emails ignored. 1 response but not able to reply. Luckily we still have our ould sofa but just want confirmation of the rejection as per consumer law.

The whole delivery felt rushed the delivery men were not morning people or just plan unprofessional. Was not impressed that once they had everything in side ready to assemble they did not remove their wet dirty work boots and trampled all over my NEW carpet. They, I say they it was mainly the man in charge when I had a concern which I felt was important, the 2 parts of the same sofa was not joining up properly leaving a large gap, he man handled it trying to squeeze it together, and I had to say they won’t work as when you let go it pops back out, all I got was nothing will be done now it’s here your have to wait 72 hours before you can complain, after they left I found out why my sofa was not sitting together right with a big gap at the front,, they had not clipped the two parts together at the front end only the back, which I then had to struggle with and do myself. Also this was NOT noted on the delivery sheet like he said it would be, I was given a phone and asked to put my signature to it to says they had been, so it wasn’t until I got the email that I noticed my concern he said had been noted actually wasn’t. Be interesting to see if I get that after delivery phone call he said I could expect.
Rather than a delivery it felt like a rushed dump off, so much so they even left box’s and wrapping behind one of the sofas.
Not the service you’d expect from ScS and certainly not the same service as I have had previously. VERY dissatisfied!

SCS are fabulous from helping us choose our sofa and two seater and showing us what materials we can have.
Delivering was prompt on time and the two guys were very helpful and put it all together for us. Excellent job

Ordered a new 3 seater 2 seater and a chair at pips hill Basildon in September . Salesman Callum was excellent. Delivery was not to be until end of January. When I asked what it is reduced in the new years sales he said it would be honoured.
Well it has between reduced by nearly £300!! We went to the shop Sunday to sort it out. Met the manager who fobbed us off and said we had to ring head office and dial option 1 on Monday. Did that and waited over an hour. Gave up and went back to the shop. Fobbed off again and was told we had to ring option 2! Tried this in the shop and did not work.
Luckily we met Shannon. A lovely lady who sorted it all out and saved me approximately £250. She probably lost commission in sales in the time it took to help us and for that I am very grateful.
The manager and the other salesman we spoke to today were totally unhelpful and could not be bothered.
I hope the furniture is ok as I fear if I need after sale service if Its like the shop!!

Your service is disgraceful!!! Ordered furniture 4/10 with the promise of delivery by Christmas . Was given end November / beginning December. Then delayed and promised 18/12. Sat in all day no delivery or message. Called to be advised date changed 23/12 !!!. Rang back and as we hadn’t been notified they authorised next day for today. Message this morning around 6am to say will be delivered between 1 and 7. The again to confirm between 16.20 and 16.45 . Guess what didn’t arrive !!!! No messages and when we called SCS they said it’s moved system updated to Monday 22/12 16.20 and 16.45 . Why have we not been notified ??? No furniture and family over tomorrow !!! You know how to ruin Christmas, distribution centre closed for the weekend and head office closed ! No care for your customers.

They came earlier than expected and rung before to warn me which was appreciated. The guy on the phone even apologized for coming early! They rung again once they arrived (i was in a top floor flat) so came down to greet them and they were very nice and funny (they joked, etc). Once they got it up the stairs and in my living room they set it up quickly and went on their way. Again, very polite, very quick & efficient with no problems with anything.

The delivery guys turned up early. unloaded our furniture, unpacked the chairs, placed them where we wanted and took all the wrapping away. Excellent service from both of them. Very friendly as well. It was a pleasure.

Had two guys come to deliver our sofa. The younger guy was willing to attempt a tricky delivery. The older guy was not interested at all! We got the 1st half in with a squeeze, 2nd half ended up left in the hallway due to the lack of trying.
By the time the two guys left the house and got to the van, i myself got the 2nd half in and had the sofa built.
Absolutely shocking delivery. This was on the back of a large mess up with delivery day and my losing out of annual leave after a delay!

Such a shame as the purchasing of this sofa from the Westwood store was 10/10. The communication during the delay was top notch from them, they went above and beyond to help the situation considering it was out of their control.
