The delivery men was very helpfull and delivery was on time

I visited your beckon store, it was clean, smelled beautiful on entering. I was greeted by Navi who was very knowledgable and after lots of questions Navi and your staff were able to answer I purchased 2 recliners. During my visit I had my 4 year old granddaughter with me and your staff were so friendly with her, she was helping fold throws that were on foot stools and helping plump up cushions. I can thank the staff enough for all their help and patience.

I gave my email address 3 times while I I was paying abd was told I would get a email with confirmation ,waited 2 days nothing rang the beckon store
and was asked to spell my email address which I did abd was told I would get a reply nothing happen next day I rang again abd finally spoke to someone who said the enail address had been spelt incorrect. Got my confirmation
day of del the guys delivering were useless scratch my walls and door and I cannot understand why I still had to pay £130 fir del charge when on the sofa it says free del. In whole I would never buy anything from SCS again

Not happy with my order as there is no proper process as the delivery person says there is problem with the product how can they send it to me . Looks like there is no quality control department in Scs . Not happy with product spend nearly 5k . I want to take them back snd refund my money waited for nearly 9weeks to get delivery . Poor quality

Firstly, I would like to say that David, the sales advisor who helped us, was patient and friendly throughout the process. However, while we were in the store, we felt pressured to complete the sofa purchase quite quickly. Buying a sofa is a significant investment, so it’s only natural that customers want to take their time, compare different designs, and even change their minds before making a final decision. In the end, we were happy with the design we chose.

The main reason I have given 3 stars is the lack of communication regarding the delay. Once the estimated delivery timeline had gone beyond two months, I would have expected someone to contact us by phone or email with an update on the progress of our order and the expected delivery date. Instead, we had to visit the store ourselves just to find out what was happening.

To make matters worse, the sales associate did not apologise for the delay or offer any form of goodwill gesture or compensation. We were originally quoted a June delivery, but the sofa was not delivered until 29th July. This was disappointing, as we had planned around the original delivery date and had to rearrange things due to the delay.

On a positive note, the delivery team did an excellent job. They were professional, efficient, and had everything assembled and in place in under three hours, which we really appreciated.

Overall, our experience was good, but there are definitely improvements that could be made, particularly when it comes to communication and customer service during delays. I hope this feedback is taken on board to improve the experience for future customers.

Clearly sales person got my order wrong , I have complained about it to the store multiple times . Rather than admit wrong doing and finding a resolution , I am being blamed for not understanding their Furniture terminology that was never explained to me and saying I should have known that the terminology was wrong .

How about just get the order right in the first place since I’m relying on your knowledge as the sales person .

I was very pleased the start to finish service and to finally sit on my comfy settee is wonderful. The staff were polite and friendly.

Great store, friendly staff. The sofa i chose looks fantastic and was in the sale so that was a bonus with no delivery fee.
The delivery details were communicated well abd we got a call to say they were on the way.

Sofas came when expected. Plenty of messages advising of the time of arrival. They even came a bit earlier.
The sofas are beautiful made and just what I ordered. Delivery people were quick in putting the sofas together and clearing up all the packaging.

Don't shop here as it's a waste of time and it's just stressful. Lynsey you won't be able to do anything unless you can compensate for my wasted time and the stress of me chasing the beckton branch. Sanjay and Shah both just talk alot but can't follow through with anything. It's a joke. I want a full refund and compensation

When I visited Poltronesofa at Beckton, I found the sofa that I liked was the one I purchased as the back of the sofa was higher compared to other sofa's. Very happy with it.

Delivery service was good and service was good.

Apart one problem - I found left hand rest that has top part has a gap but already booked for the visit. well organised.
