Fantastic service from start to finish from the purchase of our new sifa to the delivery drivers who dropped our sofa off. SCS great service. Purchased the sofa few weeks ago arrived earlier than expected which was great also so really pleased.

To great boys bolt & catalin delivered my settees today on time. All packing rolled up & taken back with them it was raining at the time but that didn't stop them well done lads 👍👍👍

Helpful sales from Scott at SCS & Really friendly delivery team in Vlad and lulian. (RLiulian). Some mix up as I had 3 texts this week to say it was arriving and then it wasn’t and I just had a call to ask was I ready for it! Thankfully yes I was in. But great service, delivered without fuss and all packed well and packaging removed.

Staff at the SCS Bridgend store were excellent when we were looking for a new 3 piece suite ( 3+1+1 ) .
After discussion with Wayne the salesman we decided on the Sarsina LIROE-VINTAGE-BEIGE power on all seats with USB 2 + USB4 sockets in each chair and settee .
There was a 12 week dwell time which was fine with us as we wanted to repaint the walls and had our carpets renewed prior to delivery .
The only negative was when we tried to look at the delivery info on the SCS app it would not accept our order details, so I went to the store which was 10 minutes drive away and they told me the delivery date off their system in the store. He advised us the delivery team would inform us the day before and the morning of delivery which they did. The app is still not accepting the details today.
The delivery team turned up on time and were excellent, courteous and caring for both our home and the new Sarsina powered 3piece suite, they unboxed outside our property and delivered into the living room which was our designated area. He plugged them in and showed us the power chairs all working perfectly.
The delivery only took them under 20 minutes from start to finish.
I’ve still given 5* as the SCS app has no reflection on the SCS Bridgend store and the SCS Delivery Team.

From order of product and time of delivery schedule we were able to obtain progress report. Delivery was prompt on the day and installers quick in their process of assembling the product.

Well was told that the furniture would fit through standard door , no way so had a new delivery date and the boys had to take the sofa and chair apart to get it in which they did brilliant couldn’t fault them and the upholster put it back together at an extra cost would have liked to know when I put in the order, apart from that all good and love my new furniture .

At no point during the order or sales process was I informed that the sofa would not fit through a standard-sized front door.

When the delivery team arrived, they advised that one section of the sofa could not fit through the door. Unfortunately, I do not have easy access to the back garden, and the French doors to my living room are also not easily reachable.

The delivery team suggested that refusing delivery would cause further complications, so we were left with no choice but to lift the section of the sofa onto my garage roof in the rain and then lower it into the back garden. While the delivery staff were extremely helpful and undertook all the lifting, I consider the situation completely unacceptable. At no point should a customer—or the delivery team—be placed in a situation that poses a safety risk to complete a delivery.

I was kept informed of half hour delivery slot by phone call and they arrived on time. Josh and Benjamin were very polite and organised. set up was very quick and efficient.The sofa and chair were put together from boxes,plugged in ready to use within 15 mins of arrival.All packaging was taken away.

Nothing but hassle from this store,the wrong item was ordered by the sales team,delivery cost was never itemised when we picked our furniture.we ended up having to fork out another £900 to get the recliner chair we originally ordered.After countless emails and phone calls,they were not interested in rectifying the complaint,I would never use this company again,let's hope the furniture lasts as it should because I have no desire to have any more dealings with scs.I would not recommended anyone buying their furniture here.

Honestly blown away by the 2 delivery men Gary and Josh. They went above and beyond to get my furniture it. Great lads very polite and worked extremely hard. A real credit to your team.

Kept up to date on delivery time, phone call 20 minutes before to say they were on the way. Put sofas in place, removed all packaging and put the legs on sofas. Friendly and left everything clean and tidy

The delivery guys were excellent. They kept in touch. They were very pleasant and made the delivery without any fuss. They assembled the settees , and there was no mess. Very pleased.

Shaun was really helpful in SCS Bridgend store, provided me with a quote to think about it and phoned me to make sure the delivery times would be OK. David and Scott were really quick and great with the delivery. I've had really excellent service all round and the sofa looks great. So happy.
