Wide selection of sofas, styles, textures plenty to try for personal comfort at the Hartcliffe way store. The manager was lovely, very friendly and informative no pressure to make a purchase all enquiries answered and a informative sale with all the after care advice and optional insurance which we chose to include was made. Only downside was the tv then showed free deliveries on offer for a limited period, so my partner contacted the Sunderland number as no number could be found for the Hartcliffe store, which resulted in a call back and informed that I would receive a email to further this enquiry to which no contact has been received,this is my only disappointment of ScS as when spending a lot of money the after sale care is important. I do recommend the Hartcliffe store highly.

Dai and Scott delivered my sofa today. Delivery was great as they contacted me regularly to let me know what time to expect them. They were professional, polite and friendly.
Very pleased with the product and the prompt service. They assembled my sofa quickly and positioned it where I wanted it and then removed all the rubbish

Beautiful Italian sofa - the quality is amazing and I love it! The old stock may have some bad reviews however my Italian sofa is great. Love the quality! Delivery 4 weeks later than the expected 8 weeks but 12 weeks for a sofa of that quality is good , 8 weeks with shipping would be difficult to achieve. The emails and tracking was great the day prior and on the delivery day, delivery guys were good 👍. Happy customer

Terrible customer service. We were told we would have ‘guaranteed Christmas delivery’. We didn’t hear anything at all from SCS on the lead up to our delivery date of 20th December so we believed our sofa would arrive on this date, as we hadn’t been told otherwise (as their website states). The track my order section of their website didn’t work for us until I looked the night before our delivery date as I hadn’t received a time slot. Funnily enough, track my order started working and to our dismay this said that our sofa wasn’t even going to arrive in the distribution centre until 27th January. We were moving into a newly renovated house so had no previous furniture, so this left us with no sofa for Christmas. Had SCS kept us in the loop, as they told us they would, we would have been prepared for this. As we have 2 small children and were hosting family, we had to purchase sofas from ikea to keep us going, at an expense that we didn’t need. After this we found a Facebook group ‘SCS complaints’ and discovered many, many people in the same boat as us. We have also found out that the sofa we have purchased (Lola from Stacey Solomon range) has been discontinued so we are sceptical if it will ever even arrive. We have sent countless emails to SCS (to various different email addresses) to try to cancel this order but they don’t even have the decency to reply. On the phone they told us we can’t cancel until 28 days past our estimated delivery date. We will be cancelling on this date for sure. We would like to cancel before this so we can order from somewhere else but unfortunately SCS are being incredibly unhelpful! Avoid avoid avoid.

On our first visit to SCS Imperial Park Bristol we saw a guy called Allan. He spent a great deal of time answering all our questions & gave us time to chat to each other with all the information we needed. We didn’t purchase the two sofas & chair as we wanted to look around at other shops. He followed up with an email to us with all the info we had discussed. We have just returned to purchase all of the items after looking around at other shops & options. His service has been exceptional. I was going to wait to put a review on once we received the items but felt the review at this time should be on Allan’s service & help up to this point. We are very happy with our purchase & are looking forward to receiving our suite.

All went well at first, but the sofa that we were told would be hard wearing started to lose it's shape in less than a year. Then we found the customer service is awful. They fail to respond to emails (you have to wait on the end of a phone for up to an hour). When you do finally make contact, they get a sub-contract company to deal with any issues. The technician seemed unhelpful and ended up referring us back to SCS, so now we are stuck in an endless loop of inaction. I would recommend you avoid SCS.

Experience in store was great, however we never had an email confirmation. Tried emailing your customer services 3 times with no luck, still awaiting a response after 6 weeks. Hopefully the right sofa will arrive (if we ever get any sort of confirmation, at this stage I gave up chasing this up)

George was a very knowledgeable very helpful man. He answered every question asked and was professional throughout our visits. As well as the quality of the sofa he was the reason for choosing our sofa from SCS. Many thanks George.

I've not heard when my sofa will arrive, there has been no communication. It has not arrived yet. Are you assuming that I've receive it yet?
