Staff always helpful without being pushy. We came into the Leckwith store in Cardiff on Sunday 30th August and was served by a very nice lady, who was very helpful and gave lots of advice.

Perfect delivery
There was a delay with the delivery date due to the manufacturer. However when I was given the date 11/11/24 I was kept in touch from start to finish.
The driver brought the item to my flat, unpacked it and put it exactly where I wanted it in my lounge. He then took the packaging away with him.
Excellent service 5 stars to the delivery guy sorry I didn't get his name.

Rhys & Scott delivered our furniture and were the loveliest guys. They phoned in advance before and also sent a text to confirm the time.
They arrived promptly & they were both happy, talkative, helpful & careful when bringing the furniture into the house.

A wonderful experience from start to finish
John and Lee delivered our beautiful suite this morning from ScS. An early start for them, I had a phone call to advise me of my delivery and they arrived exactly on time. They were so polite, well mannered and respectful of our home. The suites were set up and I was asked if I was happy with everything before they left. All the rubbish was taken with them. A lovely experience from both John and Lee following a lovely experience in ScS.
