A very warm welcome
We visited Chelmsford store to order a new sofa. Was given a very warm welcome by the staff. We're told we could bring the dogs in, who were given a warmer welcome. They had a good selection of sofa's along with a large selection of fabrics. The only downside is a 12 week estimated delivery, but thats nothing to do with the store. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. We would certainly recommend this store and staff to anyone.

SCS Chelmsford ...
Ordered my Aurora sofas at the Chelmsford branch, they are due to be delivered on 13th Dec so can't comment on them but the service I received whilst choosing was great. Very pleasant, friendly young girl, Terri, helped me. Easy ordering, very pleased so far.

Great service from Andy
We visited the store and found a sofa we liked but we're unsure about it. Andy emailed us with the breakdown and later told us there was a special offer on this suite. We went along a few weeks later and Andy immediately recognised us His sales advice was sound and useful, hence we bought it.

Absolutely Incredible Service
We visited the Chelmsford store to browse for a new sofa. We were made to feel incredibly welcome by the staff, Andy and Kevin, who went out of their way to explain the features and options of a number of ranges, allowed us time to discuss and try them out.
Ended up ordering a sofa, chair and footstool and would be more than happy to return for more if needed.
Cannot recommend the staff at the store enough. They made a potentially boring and expensive experience a pleasure and I will be telling anyone who needs a new sofa to head straight there.

We had a delivery today which was on time
We had a delivery today which was on time and bought upstairs to the lounge in the flat. As my husband is disabled the delivery men offered to unwrap it, put the legs on and remove the rubbish.
They were polite and very helpful.

Excellent service all round from scs. Just had my sammy sofa delivered and I absolutely love it. It looks great in my front room. The delivery men Dan and Paul were wonderful, I was kept informed of their route and it was delivered on time. First class service. Many thanks.

Got tempted with a lovely 3 seater sofa..
Was assisted by Jackie whom wasn’t pushy and was extremely friendly.
We all Sat back like a Sunday afternoon.
Went back later in the week to purchase with the deal price promised.

Looking for 2 seater sofa bought 2
Went into the Chelmsford store and came out with 2 sofas excellent service from Jackie who advised us on the particular sofa we bought explained everything without being pushy offered us the best deal with the help of the manager . Would recommend a visit to this store .

When we entered the shop we were greeted by Andy.. he was very helpful, polite and patient. This was our first ever time of buying a brand new sofa. So was a little bamboozled by it all. However he explained the process which helped put us at ease.

Great service from order to delivery
Good selection of sofas, helpful but not pushy staff (Chelmsford store) good updates regarding progression of order and delivery. Messaged the day before with time slot and called on day of delivery to confirm.
Paul & Alex who delivered the sofa were very polite and efficient , all packaging etc removed and new sofa/chairs in place. Very happy with all round service from ordering to delivery.
