I went to the store just for a look. I was approached by a staff member who gave me a guide on what the signs on the furniture meant. He answered all of my questions while i looked round, showed me all the choices of fabric in colour i wanted. Not pushy or in your face, but still on hand. Was quick and easy to order when i went back.

Oh and the place smells absolutely amazing! You have to start selling that scent for people to take into their own homes. Absolutely stunning!

Ian was very helpful, knowledgeable. Buying a new suite a pleasant experience.

We are first time buyers and had looked everywhere for our dream sofa. When we viewed poltron’a sofa we were greeted by Ian who was beyond helpful and didn’t make us feel pressured into buying straight away. When we returned again to purchase our sofa Ian had remembered us and gave us the best advice for our sofa. First of all I would like to praise the two delivery men who were very professional and careful with the delivery, and first impressions the two sofas seem good quality,and when I pointed a mark in the leather they took a photo as proof and reported it.

We love our new sofas. Great fabric and colour. We felt informed at every step in the process. Delivery was 4 weeks earlier than quoted. Communication about delivery was excellent and the lads that delivered them were polite, professional and efficient.

The salesman who helped us was Ian and I can honestly say what a wonderful,informative guy he was he helped enormously in guiding me to what my needs were. He was warm friendly and made our visit a joy.
