Delivery team were on time and nice people, they explained that out static chair had a bearing that was damaged ( chair foot couldn’t be screwed on) and we would be contacted to arrange a repair which is yet to happen??, pleased with our suite and look forward to hearing from you regarding the repair to the chair foot.

When arriving at the shop I was met by a lady who was exceptional helpful to me .She guided me to the exact sofa I needed .I was needing it to be an exact measurements .She kindly measured it for me and luckily it was perfect.

We were so disappointed with the sales team at the Dearne valley branch , doing things so quickly making so many mistakes, my wife felt bullied into the sale , the mistakes were still being made right up to delivery of the sofa No slides were put on to the delivery advice luckily the delivery guys David and Liam who were so professional had some on the van , Liam and David were amazing so friendly and professional delivering our sofa ,they very nearly made up for the unprofessional staff at dearne valley store .

Firstly the smell in the shop is amazing. The staff are welcoming and friendly. We were served by the lovely Susan who went above and beyond.

Both staff members were great, honest, and efficient, and they were brilliant with their customer service. The lady dealing with us went above and beyond by setting out our room true to size in their store, explaining every material in depth, and helping us choose the best color option to suit us.

Had a great experience. All the staff were very friendly and helpful during my visit and were knowledgeable.

The staff was lovely and exreamly attentive and helpful while me and my husband browsed around. We went in for one type of couch and ended up finding a completely different type that we both fell in love with the secind we sat down. Counches are amazing and while they can be a bit pricey thdy are worth it. Plus with the 0 interest payment plans they offer, suddenly the couches are much more affordable.
