Sent two different colour sofas
The staff in the shop were great, delivery great but they have delivered 2 different colour sofas. No apologise from the store when I called to explain asked to send in photos to customer care. Still waiting for a response lets see what happens

Rang with delivery time as expected. Nice guys. Polite and chatty. Installed furniture good. The tracker wasn't accurate though. Delivery slot and delivery team names incorrect. However my furniture was delivered earlier than the tracker and email said it would be which was a bonus.

Positive experience
The salesperson was very helpful and personable, explaining things very well. When there was a slight issue with paperwork they acted immediately. Very helpful with choosing the right product. Product not yet delivered so unable to comment on that aspect.

Hidden Extras
I didn't realise I had been charged £400 more than the price labels on the furniture I ordered until I got home. I was charged £50 more for exactly the same chair as I requested a different colour to the one on display. Why? I was charged £50 for a cleaning kit I didn't want and £200 for the warranty and health visit.
If the extra £400 was made clearer at the time of sale, I would probably not have made the purchase. The salesman claimed he mentioned there would be an 'extra charge' but no amount of money was ever mentioned. I feel that he deliberately disguised the extra costs.

I am very sorry to see that you are disappointed in the information provided at the point of sale regarding the prices and additional charges.
It is noted that you have spoken to the store who have explained that an overall price was provided as the care kit is a part of the 5 year insurance plan. They did offer to remove the whole package from your order if this was not required.
I apologise if the outcome following this conversation is not what you may have hoped for.

We visited the Doncaster store to look…
We visited the Doncaster store to look for 2 chairs. We were helped by Beverley.
We looked around other stores, then went back to Poltronesofa 3 days later to place our order. We again dealt with Beverley who was very helpful and helped us with our order.
