I received my chair on time with good communication about delivery. The delivery men were polite and set my chair up for me. Would definitely buy from here again.

I love my new Sofa from Polteonesofa, its beautiful and so well made..I also recieved it 2wks earlier than anticipated..Delivery went well to , the guys were polite and efficient, they even moved sofa about for me to fit under my wall mirror...All in all it has been an excellent service all round, from ordering to delivery. .Thankyou to you all..I am definitely recommending you to my family and friends 🧡

The moment we walked into the store we were very warmly greeted and made to feel very welcome by Paul.
He introduced himself and explained the set up of the store and the meaning of the various tags attached to the sofas. He then let us wander around at our own pace.
He came to find us some time later and asked if we had any questions and was extremely helpful explaining the different types of materials and showing us how they looked on the sofas.
He was very knowledgeable about the stock and didn’t in any way push us towards making a decision there and then, in fact we left, he sent some information via email to digest which was very helpful. We returned a few days later and again he did not push us but helped with our questions and the particular lay out we wanted.
Just waiting for our sofas to be made and delivered now.

After endless delays on actual delivery of the sofa. We were promised a goodwill payment of £150 as they service was shocking throughout this and now too be told £100 and have not received that after 6 weeks still nothing. Shocking customer service. Store Manager in Dundee had promised . After my partner has made a lot of calls and still no payment. Will never order again from here. I wish to raise an official complaint.

Paul served me and was very knowledgeable and polite also friendly but not pushy . Went elsewhere to look around but product and sales staff more superior ,just awaiting delivery of nice sofa and chair.

As I entered the store I was immediately approached by a smiling salesperson and asked if I had anything specific in mind. I answered and was immediately suggested that I look at several of the new styles of sofas/chairs in the Italian range.

Very helpful from start to finish

Half the power recloner hasnt been delivered the same with a second sofa only one half delivered. There are no power cables and we havent been contactes when we might get the missing pieces of 2 of the 3 sofas.

Great communication and flexible delivery. Delivery team manovered my new sofa ip a tricky staircase without damage.

Plenty of notice regarding delivery of furniture. Regular updates prior to the arrival of delivery staff. Delivery drivers were efficient and polite. Everything placed exactly where we wanted. All in all a pleasure to deal with SCS.
