All very good except indirect telephone no. So had to go through head office instead of talking to the store manager who had served me.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff. Good carpet range from basic to luxury, well priced according to quality. Nice furniture at fair cost. I found exactly what I wanted.

My husband and i were left a lone to have a good look at the sale and were taken a back when we had to approach the sales person . Her name was Anneesa she was very nice and welcoming , we are very happy with the purchase we made that day three & two seater sofas Sammy

We visited the store twice, At the first visit, we were shown a sofabed that fitted our requirements but we needed time to look at alternatives elsewhere. On the second visit we were able to view the sofabed again and purchase it. At both visits, the staff were extermely helpful and allowed us time to take measurements and check that it suited our purpose.

The sales man was very obliging & arranged for next day delivery.

Simon and Nathan delivered our sofas today. Friendly, helpful and very considerate and careful about how they brought the 2 sofas into our small flat.
One wrong sofa was originally delivered, but SCS ordered us 2 brand new ones to make sure they matched - no fuss or arguments. Chris, the Manager at Dunstable store was very helpful.

Really happy with our new sofas, but less so the service received from SCS. We were contacted in early December to say that the sofas were ready and asked to pay the balance outstanding, which we did. We were told we would be contacted again in a few weeks to arrange a convenient delivery. No further contact was made and it was only because I called SCS a few weeks later that I found out that the sofas were ready and a delivery date had been scheduled. If I had waited to hear from SCS the first I would have known about the delivery would have been the text I received at 7pm the night before saying delivery would be the next day, leaving me no time to arrange collection of our old sofas or even arrange for someone to be at home to receive delivery. Not impressed given the amount we spent with SCS and would not use again.
Also if you do have the misfortune to use be prepared for the hard upsell from the in store sales people who will try to convince you to buy add-ons you don't need. Luckily we didn't fall for this.
Interestingly I tried to leave this review on the SCS website but they "moderated" it and refused to publish it.
