We had a lovely experience looking at all the different furniture. It didn’t take us long to pick out a 3seater and matching 2 Seater settee.

From browsing around the store, the shop sales assistant helpful assistance and answering all queries and questions asked. From deciding to purchase a settee, picking the material and colour I wanted they were very professional throughout the ordering process, the staff member was always checking, confirming and ensuring all details were correct before putting the confirmation order through, received an estimated delivery date at time off ordering.

Upon receiving communication on the delivery date, and after ensuring it suited to receive on the stated date I was kept up to date with further communication of the third party delivery company, I was given the details of delivery drivers, a time slot of the delivery. When the delivery team arrived at my house they were very professional, checking and ensuring serial numbers, colour and style or settees ordered to ensure I received the correct order.
All parts of my settees were individually packed packed and bubble wrapped which was unpacked and assembled.
After assembling the settees they ensued electronic parts were working, demonstrated all functions to use to my individual requirements.
Before leaving they ensured I had time to inspect the settees, that I was happy with everything before signing to state there no damage to my property caused by them and to sign stating I’d received my delivery.
I would definitely recommend this company one hundred percent to anyone looking to purchase any furniture from them as they are very professional, from ordering, delivery and aftercare service.

Would highly recommend this company. The staff in the Durham store were fantastic and patient and very knowledgeable without being pushy. The ordering process was smooth and everything was explained fully. The furniture was purchased for my mam who has mild dementia and they were so thoughtful and patient with her . I was kept informed of the progress of the purchase and delivery process at all times. Furniture arrived on time and the 2 delivery men (Ronnie and Ronnie) were fantastic - especially given my mams health situation. They are both a credit to your company. The furniture is beautiful - just what we ordered - and very sturdy and well made. Would definitely use again. Well done .

Ordered our recliner chair in April told it would be ready approximately end of July and everything went smoothly. Delivered on the 29th of July. Very helpful and pleasant delivery people. Chair placed where we wanted it. Connected and working in a matter of minutes. Brilliant service from start to finish.

We were greeted at the door and told if we needed help we just had to ask. I was very impressed with Chloe at the Durham store as she offered advice and understood my hesitation on choosing the correct units and she was very informed on the products. We visited on a second day and yet again she was very understanding and helped me to secure my purchase giving advice and guidance as I find it hard to decide when given a wide range of choices.
She is a asset to the store and I am looking forward to recieving my new 3 piece when it is ready to be delivered.

Visited the Durham store ,staff were incredibly helpful,no over selling allowed us to browse uninterrupted with all relevant information to hand.
Store was well laid out,immaculate and well lit.
Went back a couple of days later with decision to buy,Sammy was knowledgeable and helpful in our decision to buy. Hopefully all goes well when furniture arrives.

Have used Poltrone for the first time, great sales team at Durham good rebrand of the shop. Purchased 2x 2seat 1 with recliner function and a chair then added a chair for the bedroom in same leather. Delivery on both on time great pre delivery info and date and day before a message with time slot and a call from team re arrival with in 30min. Efficient and professional delivery and all packing removed. Have had problem with 1 reclining function reported to shop and repair/ replacement date given and part delivered 7 day prior to repair visit so have to say very satisfied with process
