On visiting the Livingston store I had a very warm welcome from Lorraine who was very helpful and explained about the range of sofas materials, colours and savings and was happy to answer any questions there was no hard push for a sale.

I had a fantastic experience with Poltronesofa from start to finish. Their customer service was excellent — friendly, professional, and always happy to help with any questions I had. The team kept me updated throughout the process, which made everything stress-free.

I was also really impressed with the great offers and value for money available. The quality of the sofa exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the overall service felt very customer-focused.

Buying the suite was a pleasure at the Livingston branch … what the letdown was with the delivery. Advised of delivery window . Didn’t turn up no contact . I had to contact head office the next day and was lied too with two different issues… then told it would be delivered two weeks later. Told them I live with my 80 year old mother in law and we got rid of old suite. They didn’t care … . To ad insult to injury . After the branch manager bent over backwards to help us... Head office sent a confirmation of delivery …. Which I had received the suite . Then another email to say delivered with a forged signature .. Unacceptable will be informing trade and standards.

The men who delivered the items were very Professional and put the goods where I requested.
They removed all the wrapping and disposed of it.

Lorraine in Livingston is absolutely wonderful, and a credit to your store. She was so friendly and clear about what certain labels meant in relation to fabrics straight away. Mis-sold Warranty, bought a couch and the salesman just lied through there teeth. 1 year later upon making a claim for a warranty I was told this wasn't the case and have been paying extra for no reason.

We were greeted by friendly staff and after we were left to wander and take our time. There was no pushy sales staff.

I never at any stage felt under pressure ..the guys were very patient and answered every question i threw at them ...great range and although some sofas were pricey i did find something really good to fit my budget

Delivery drivers were unable to build sofas, had no tools or clue what they were doing, been left with 1 sofa half finished and 1 not built at all, waiting on after care team to come and finish the job, absolute joke.

Delivery guys were polite and careful when bringingin our sofas.
