Worth the wait
Item ordered in Jan ...after taking our time in shop deciding ...helpful staff here without any pressure. Long wait until May but lovely sturdy sofa & pleased with colour. Delivery slightly earlier than expected but all went smoothly, the men were helpful & polite, speedy too.

I like the products we ordered on 12th…
I like the products we ordered on 12th Jan but the wait for building of the leather recliner with power pack and delivery was rather long . It came on 7th May nearly a full 4months which was rather long. Once upon a time 8weeks was about the norm. The products are very good though

We are pleased to see that you are happy with your furniture however I would also like to apologise that you were disappointed in the lead time for your delivery.
As the furniture is made to order we do provide an estimate for when this will arrive at our Distribution Centre however as it is an estimate it can change by 4 weeks either side.

The men who delivered it left dirty…
The men who delivered it left dirty marks on my brand. new carpet which had been fitted the day before as they did not have any shoe covers and it was raining outside. I had to put some sheets down but they still managed to leave 3 black marks so it completely spoiled my experience and upset me. It took the “shine” off the pleasure I anticipated to have my suite delivered.

James and Paul sofa delivery
James and Paul arrived early but we were ready for them. Efficiency and expertise do not sufficiently describe their actions. They were brilliant and took less than 20 minutes to complete the delivery. No mess or disturbance. A fantastic job well done.

Great experience.
Upon entering the shop, we were greeted and made to feel welcome. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, we were encouraged to try the sofas out for comfort etc.
Once we had decided on which one was right for us, the process was simple and took around 5-10 minutes to set up the finance agreement.
Now just awaiting delivery, overall, a great experience.
