We have received a lovely sofa and chairs. It was delivered very well packaged and also in a box. Lorry drivers we very polite and we are very pleased with them. Thank you. Full marks.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Poltronesofà. My original sofa delivery in April was incorrect, meaning the whole thing had to be remade. The replacement didn’t arrive until 24 June, and even then it came with a broken zip on the back cushion. That fault wasn’t repaired until 30 July.

For a company that advertises quality craftsmanship, the quality control was poor, and the customer service was not impressive at all. I had to chase updates, wait through long delays, and deal with issues that should never have happened in the first place.

The sofa is finally acceptable now, but the overall experience was frustrating, slow, and far below the standard I expected.

As in other reviews i have read. Hopefully the reply will not begin with - I HOPE YOU ARE WELL. Now that is a complete JOKE.

5-star experience all round! From the fabulous sales assistant in-store to the super helpful phone support, buying our sofa couldn't have been easier. Delivery was smooth, efficient, and right on time. The sofa itself is stunning—looks fantastic, extremely comfortable, and the reclining mechanism and USB charging points work perfectly. Extremely happy customer!

We recently purchased a sofa from Poltronesofà at ScS and were very impressed with the whole experience. Emma, the sales assistant, was particularly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions and gave us plenty of useful advice without making us feel pressured.

The service was professional, relaxed and welcoming, which made choosing our new sofa a very enjoyable experience. Emma is a real credit to the store and provided excellent customer service from start to finish.

Great customer service in the Norwich branch from Emma . I had tried various other sofa shops that day this was my last call and immediate success . Great quality, price ,service, am very impressed and happy .

The sofa is comfortable and the service in the shop was good. So why the 1* review? They made the sofa in the wrong material! Not all of it no, I would understand how that could happen but mine was made in velvet (like I asked for) with a leather back rest!!! It looks horrible. It then took about a week to hear from anyone about it. It’s now going to take 6 weeks!!!!!!!!!!! To get the new covers for the back rest. Are they sorry? Not in the least. Safe yourself a headache and just buy a sofa from somewhere else.

I cannot fault the excellent staff in store who were very helpful and professional, however the process of placing an online order and arranging delivery needs to be addressed. I had to call the store/customer service line several times over multiple weeks to try and sort issues that shouldn't have been a problem in the first place. I'm very happy with my new sofa, but it was a unnecessarily frustrating experience.

On entering the store we were made welcomed by Dan who was not pushy at all like some stores can be, he was helpful and explained about the types of fabrics etc, we did purchase a sofa, we got to chat with other staff members who in my opinion were very nice and helpful.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful but also allowed us the space to sit and visualise the sofas in our space. Emma at the Norwich branch was particularly helpful in finalising options with us and guiding us through the process. We can't wait for our new sofa to arrive!

As I entered the shop, I was greeted by the service people and I was left alone to do the shop and have a look around and see what I would like then if I require an assistant, they came over and helped and then they went away and left us to discuss and when we choose what we want to choose they’ll be very helpful to the end thanks
