They delivered on time were polite and quickly set up the sofa.
Disappointed with after sales. They couldn't deliver on due date because sofa was 'too heavy' and potentially 'too long'. They didn't even take the sofa out of the van. At point of sales access, ie the fact that there is no lifts was discussed. I then received an email to say sofa was delivered when clearly it was not. Had to phone to find out what was going on, because no-one was updating me, only to be told I might have to pay extra for upholstery, I have not been given details of any upholsters, i was just told i have to 'pay extra'. Unhelpful with after sales, told to read the fine print, quite rude...
Got another delivery date now but not sure if it will happen, unless I phone them not getting any updates.
Left me feeling sick not knowing if any other issues will be handled with customer care in mind, probably not...

I was given updates and delivery and installation was soothing and seamless.
Service and information at store was friendly, ghelpful and good.
Lousy company that Never gets back to you when you have a problem but there quick enough to take your money & give you NO customer service.
DON'T GO TO SCS / Poltronesofa there the same company if you want customer service.
THEY DON'T RESPECT YOU !!!

The store experience was nice (a bit overselling), but they said the sofas are gonna be delivered in 2-3 months, and there's been zero communication afterwards so far, except for 'the order accepted'. Hopefully, both will arrive at some point.

Mo was very helpful and very easy to deal with, service was great, ordering was easy, just waiting for the delivery now!
I recently placed an order with Poltronesofa (Order No: S0058-1000503697).
I paid £129 for delivery and installation, as stated in my contract and on their official website.
However, I was later asked to pay an unexpected additional £300, which was never mentioned before signing.
When I questioned this, a staff member called from 020 8208 4090 and pressured me, even threatening to cancel my order if I did not pay immediately.
This behavior caused me significant stress. I am currently seeking resolution through the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman (FHIO).
I want other customers to be aware that extra charges may be claimed aggressively even after the contract is signed.

ScS Rebranded Poltronesofà – A Warning to All. Stay stress free and shop with a reputable retailer!!
Despite the rebranding, this company still cannot fulfill orders even after nearly five months of waiting. I placed an order and have yet to receive it. After sending several emails to their customer service team, I experienced unprofessional behaviour—they didn’t even acknowledge my messages.
A friend warned me about her bad experience, but I didn’t heed the warning. Don’t be fooled by their branding; ScS (Italian or not) it is the same old company it always has been, with shoddy management and poor customer service. The stress I have been put under has been immense and I don’t want others to be treated to the same experience

Both the men that came to deliver the sofas were very efficient and very friendly helped put the sofas together and made sure the electronics also worked. They also took the packaging away with them. Thank you
