Staff is rude after the purchase, very rude to inform delivery status non helpful and moreover, it was staff mistake and gave us wrong item and then even after staff agreed it was his mistake and he had misunderstood still got no change in furniture and at the time of purchase even he sent all documents to wrong email address. Such a terrible experience with them. Regret to purchase furniture from them.

Although it seemed a long time from ordering to receiving my sofa, I wasnt disappointed when it got here. Sales staff are very friendly and helpful.

I purchased a sofa almost 2 years ago from scs swansea. I was advised at the time to take insurance and this would cover all accidents and defects. I called scs last week who sent a technician and he confirmed the cushion was not right (it’s flat with no cushioning) not the same as the others and admitted this was a defect!! The cushion is almost flat with nobody sitting on it as opposed to the others which is good! They now tell me it’s perfectly fine and won’t change it! Save the money don’t buy insurance even better don’t go to scs

Scs is a very reliable company. When we bought our sofa at their store, we were given the delivery date. They kept giving us real time information about the delivery. On the delivery date, the sofa couldn't enter through the door as it was wider than the door. They were so professional and gave us some helpful hints on how to move it in. They contacted their manager and another date was arranged for the delivery so that the sofa could be detached for it to gain free access to the living room. Now our sofa has been delivered and it was well handled by the delivery guys. I give SCS a huge thumbs 👍 for their professionalism and empathy. Thank you so much

Great experience end to end, in the showroom with comprehensive explanation of the product and finance options, keeping me updated on progress/delivery details and finally from the delivery team themselves who got the sofa in and set up really efficiently, a great pair of lads.

We were kept updated on delivery times and dates. The delivery driver knew exactly where to come as there is a low bridge on the normal route.
Placing the sofas through the window went extremely well. Drivers were very professional.

David and Scott arrived on time having rang me 45 minutes prior to arriving. Both very friendly whilst remaining professional, which can be difficult with such hot weather. (Gave them a cold can of lemonade each). Were respectful of my home and nothing was marked or damaged. Very efficient, thank you both. By the way loving the corner unit.

Very pleased with my new sofa and chair and the delivery experience was great. Little glitch with finding my address but it’s understandable given the rural location. Good job 👍

Fantastic guys, careful, thoroughly respectful of property, conscientious to their job in hand. Fair play. If all delivery companies had guys like these there would be no such thing as complaints.
