The staff were not pushy at all, explained the store layout and what offers were available and then left us alone to browse
Decided to buy a could sofas and the purchase was made easy with all options explained

I found the broadstairs store very welcoming, the lady that helped us Penny couldn't have done more, we ordered a beautiful sofa and armchair and can't wait for it to arrive, highly recommend.

We were very impressed with Martin your sales assistant. Having fled from the showroom of a rival company due to the pushy salesman who wouldn’t leave us alone, he provided us with the information we asked for and allowed us the space to look at your products in our own time. Hopefully our new recliner chairs will match his efficiency

Very welcoming salespeople, very knowledgeable. The product virtually sold itself for quality. Chris the salesman in the margate store took his time explaining and showing different variations of what we were looking for. Had to go back for a second visit and order because of the lack of sample colours but, all ok in the end. Would definitely recommend.
