Simon and Chris kept me up to date with their arrival time. They planned their route into the property and took care not to damage the property or the furniture. They set up my sofa with care and cleared away all packaging. They ensured we were happy before leaving.

I have to say that the service in the Tunbridge Wells store was great - most helpful but, the delivery crew leave much to be desired! I had a feeling that they may say that my sofa would not fit through the front door. Having read on Trustpilot that a lady had been left without the delivery taking place for exactly the same reason, I ensured my husband was around armed with his screwdriver to remove the front door.
Am I glad I did! Immediately the crew took the arm chair in and then said "the two seater sofa won't fit through there!. " My husband said I think you'll find it will - we have just taken a three seater recliner sofa out! If it makes you feel better I will remove the front door - which he did. The crew got it in but had to be guided by my husband. Had I been alone, I have no doubt they would have left me in the lurch. Furthermore I live on a main A Road and they parked their van on the road, stripped off the packaging and left it dangerously flapping around with lorries going past. They were fortunate that it did not cause an accident. SCS you need to change your delivery guys.

Great service from beginning to end.The SCS team in Tunbridge were very knowledgeable and the delivery team from Bonaci were very professional and sent regular updates regarding the delivery time.

delivery drivers were unable to get the sofa through the front door, so stored in garage.
they attempted to get the 2nd half in and almost gave up, but I suggested to try again and it got through.
1hr after they stored the 1st half in the garage i was able to get it in the property and to desired location with my partner.

The guys seemed nice enough and did attempt to get the sofa in the property, but i feel with more time and effort they would have succedded as I did

We visited the store on two separate occasions and both times we were helped by Ben. Ben provided us with a good shopping experience and helped guide us around to find our dream sofa. We have walked away over the moon with our purchase and very excited for delivery. Thank you, Ben!

Great all round from order to delivery.Delivery date 4 days earlier than estimated. Simon and Chris did an excellent delivery job as our corner sofa was quite large and they had to come through garage and conservatory as the front door hallway route was too narrow. Minimal fuss and no damage at all.

Staff in store friendly and polite….. after sales an absolute nightmare bordering on a disaster, ordered an incliner two seater settee only to find the mechanism was faulty and when using it the legs dig into the new carpet damaging it and leaving a stain from the mechanism…. Tried to resolve this issue with a claim and various phone calls and emails but are still waiting for a response…. The last contact informed me that the waiting time to contact a customer colleague was 5 hours…. So avoid !!!!!!

It was an unrushed and no pressure time spent working our way slowly to get the right settee. Ben was of great help throuout the process and guided us to the right result. Ben is a very polite and helpful young man.

Salesman was knowledgeable, but our phone number had a digit omitted, had to wait nearly 4 months for sofa partly due to being a bespoke order, no phone number for us to chase our order. Friendly delivery guys, took the packing materials away, demonstrated how the sofa extended, remembered to leave the Care KIT. Main thing Great Sofa, might buy another one.
