Everything from the day we picked the sofa out, to the delivery and installation was excellent.
Great communication meant we new what was happening and when.
And it only took the delivery guys 45 minutes to get it up 2 flights of stairs and set up!

Very nice guys and did a good job even though they were supposed to arrive between 1pm & 2pm according to the e-mail, they arrived at 4pm. But am happy with my new sofa.

A first class buying experience.
My wife and I were greeted by Jess. She was polite and friendly, patiently answering all our questions. There was no pressure to buy and she was understanding when we said we'd go home and think it over. When we went back 2 days later, Jess took the trouble to show us the sofas we liked and all the options for it. She fully explained the price and extras available. All in all, a first class buying experience.
