Sono entrato nel club a dicembre, mese in cui promettevano che a breve avrebbero aperto il mercato italiano e aggiunto le membership viaggi per tutti gli ex membri di Worldventures. Da rappresentante ho effettuato due ordini per i prodotti, uno a metà dicembre da circa 1500$ e uno a gennaio da più di 100$.
Siamo a marzo, quindi dopo 4 mesi, siamo ancora un mercato NFR, quindi non abilitati per la rivendita, ci sono ancora moltissimi problemi di organizzazione e revisione dei back office; la membership viaggi è stata inserita da poco (a pagamento, a differenza di quanto promesso a noi ex membri WV) ed è a dir poco ridicola in quanto a contenuti, oltre ad essere un abbonamento senza punti cumulabili.
Fin'ora nessun ordine mi è stato consegnato, in quanto bloccati in dogana (perché ancora non hanno regolarizzato i prodotti per essere distribuiti in Italia), né a me, né ai membri del mio team, lasciandoci tutti senza soldi e senza prodotti (impossibile lavorare così).
Contattando più volte la chat del support ecco cosa ci hanno risposto:
chi volesse ricevere le spedizioni bloccate in dogana, deve contattare personalmente la dogana e arrangiarsi, ovvero discutere con loro per cercare di farseli spedire. chi volesse essere rimborsato non può, in quanto gli ordini risultano "spediti" da loro e pretendono che per essere rimborsati dovremo quantomeno rispedirli indietro, anche se non li abbiamo ricevuti (quindi impossibile).
in sostanza, come la mia, ci sono squadre intere di persone bloccate, senza prodotti, con soldi in meno sul conto, senza poter lavorare, rivendere o mostrare prodotti, e senza poter nemmeno chiedere un rimborso.
L'unica cosa che si può avere per ora è un'inutile membership per viaggi (che si paga per avere sconti su alberghi che non possiamo prenotare causa covid e che non ci permette neanche di accumulare punti da utilizzare).

Che dire... per salvare worldventures visto le brutte recensioni anche su striscia la notizia ora tutti felici e contenti di spacciarsi per seacret perchè worldventures e fallita.
A parte ovviamente la registrazione da worldventures che si doveva fare in un paese estero quindi andando sotto frode d’indirizzo essendo registrati a cipro, in Inghilterra oppure in Germania. Avevano tutti promesso l’apertura dell’Italia ma tutt’ora non è successo. Prodotti che arrivano non in ritardo ma di più con dei costi assurdi. Per raggiungerle qualifiche bisogna acquistare prodotti quindi alla fine i guadagni vanno spesi comprando prodotti per raggiungere le cosiddette qualifiche. Si spendono 1000€ per guadagnare 100€.
Fierissimi della maschera magnetica che alla fine ovviamente togliendosi col magnete al corpo fa più male che bene xk ovviamente contiene dei metalli all’interno. I metalli fanno bene al corpo? Non credo proprio. Le creme contengono derivati di petrolio. Sconvolgente spacciarli per prodotti naturali sopratutto a quei prezzi assurdi.
Parlando di viaggi ma in presentazione trattano solo prodotti.
Tutta una storia che si è resa abbastanza ridicola come cosa.
Sopratutto quando parlando di fusione prendendo in giro tutti invece di ammettere che alla fine seacret ha solamente acquistato i promoter per salvarli il cu*** perché worldventures è fallita.
Spiegazione per chi non ha capito cosa è una fusione. Una fusione si tratta di due aziende che si uniscono e cambiano nome. Non che una azienda acquista i promoter di un’altra.
Persuasione massiva per far sì che nessuno scappi dall’azienda. E sopratutto lavaggi del cervello e la gente ancora tutt’ora non lo capisce.

Parlando di non dover vendere prodotti ma farlo fare a terzi. Ma per arrivare a terzi ovviamente è prima di tutto bisogna venderli o sbaglio?
Le farmacie non vendono prodotti di vendita diretta anche perché senza lo stemma farmaceutico (poi sopratutto contendendo derivati di petrolio quasi impossibile) non verranno mai venduti in una farmacia!!!

Ne potremmo dire altre però credo che basti per il momento.
Fate attenzione. Che sono bravi a farvi vendere la cosa in modo fantastico. Piano compensi pessimo.

20 thousand HUF only today...for a 'mug size' no more than 350g. cream, and set of three items as a present. All this at Westend a pricy shopping center. It is at a small isle in the middle of a hallway. The lady was impatent to chat. She's wanted to get over it all too quickly, while I was telling her I was in Israel, I know this type of product, and I don't want to buy. I've tried however...for a present, ect. She didn't seem to know how anyone's hands react to being rubbed, and the water becoming coloured light brownish gray-. Her monologue was someone's been taught to say thus and that and that's it; no science, or thought or reason behind. It's not bad, it's a standard of a company, or result of daily frustrations. I'd have loved to begin a conversation, like: isn't my hand white simply because I've just squeezed the bkood out? Anyway, the salt that I was given to rub my hand was really cool. Cristals in a cilindrical wooden spoon.

People watch out. Scammers are here in vienna. 2 men from israel luring tourists inside. They give you free samples outside in the street. Then they wanna show you something in the store. They are using products on you, for example a hand mask. Then you should buy the produkt. If you are not buying they become very angry. They say they opend a fresh jar just for you. It is almost imposible to walk away, 200 euros you must spend minimum.....They have a shop at Karlsplatz, Kärntner Strasse next to h&m. And Maria Hilferstrasse next to Tally Weil......If you are waking the Kärntner Strasse, or the Mariahilferstrasse in vienna, and you see a beautyshop with 2 men in suits, or a girl in a suit with skirt outside, change the side of the street. Stay away from the store so they can not lure you in ........I think they have also a shop at the airport, same system another name.....🧐😕😤😱Also I have a friend, and she works in a bakery next to one of the shops. She is losing 50 % of her customers because people are not passing by anymore because of this beauty scammers. She can only hope that they are moving soon. New name new place and they are scamming again......

I like the products dont get me wrong, but today I walked passed a kiosk in shopping centre where two men where there offering to give you a sample, I said no thanks I've got some, as I'm still walking off he asked which one and I said all of them, he rolled his eyes at me... although i dont actually have all of them i actually have about 6 products so i have a bit, but the eye roll was ridiculous and rude... than when i walked back i actually wanted to show him my purchase and i said laughing you dont believe me do you?? and he just turned his head and looked away ... pfft get stuffed mate ... get a real job

Salesman has no experience of the product, only telling make up fact that can make us buy their overpriced product. Harrass us so damn much that we could not walk away easy even after bought 1 of their product. This one am talking about is in Vaci str Budapest

If you look into this brand online on various websites with customer reviews you can see this chain should be closed down! I can't believe the shops in Europe still exist where the salespeople try to lure mostly travelers inside (so they cannot return if there are complaints). Extremely aggressive sale techniques, no matter how good or bad their product, how can they think this is a good business model?
Most people after buying their products feel disgusted, guilty and somewhat stupid for falling for their tricks. I bought an electric device, which was very crappy and did not work (extremely expensive and cleary made in China with cheap quality), together with some very expensive creams.
It should ring a bell they NEVER have any prices in their shops! They tell you whatever and give you a so-called special price just for you. Such a scam, it's disgusting. I truly hope people get some awareness. I will post my experience in every website possible and recommend anyone who has fallen for their scams to do the same!

Expensive products , the worst customer service ever, rubbish quality.
A salesperson Of this brand stopped us on the street ( now I understand they are robbers - not salesman), explained their products. And my friend said I know this brand it seems a really good one. I trusted the robber salesman. I did a big mistake and bought something but he was going to give an additional feet treatment for 3 of us.. in that case the price was reasonable and I paid . We were going to get the feet treatment on the next day but next day we couldn’t manage , didn’t have time and I brought the products back and wanted to return them as I didn’t get the other treatment too. The salesman just ran out . Didn’t even look at my face,avoid to talk to me. he was simply like a robber. And they said no refund , sorry!. They were so rude. Never ever seen something like this in my life.

It was in Budapest. Details above. They said no refund . And they said that it’s written on the receipt. Can you tell me do you get the receipt before or after the payment? I paid and get the receipt after that. If want to return the product it will be too late. This robbery , cheating people by not giving all the required informations. If there is no refund then they have to point it out , I should know before the payment that I can’t return the product.
And you as the company say that it’s their policy and you can’t do anything. But I didn’t go to a shop randomly on the street. I did trust because I have heard about seacret, it is a big company and I thought Seacret wouldn’t be a robber. I you cannot take the responsibility of the branches mistake , why I have to pay their mistake as a customer. If you put your company name , and your product then it is your responsibility as well to treatment customers like humans , if you let them to cheat people and then say it is their policy then you’re accepting and supporting this robbery. I want my money back and send your products back. I went there because of the name of the company and brands so I will ask you to solve my problem and on the other side you need to solve the issue on customer service to not have this kind of robbery issues.

Jeg har en ven, der er jøde. Hun introducerede mig for et produkt med mineralsk salt til hænder og til fødder.

Jeg har prøvet at finde produktet flere steder. Så jeg blev glad for at se det i Fields, men sælgeren, der kntaktede mig var FOR pågående.

Prisen fejler ikke noget. Der er ikke noget andet produkt, der er så godt. Det er den eneste salt, der plejer mine hænder så godt.

Købte for 4-5 år siden deres negle kit til kæresten... udentvivl det mest geniale produkt ever. Det er stadig som nyt.. utroligt slidstærk fil og buffer klods... har givet det som gave til flere siden, og de elsker det.

Jeg ser flere har problemer med deres cremer, men dem har vi ikke prøvet. Men deres neglesæt: utroligt!
