Excellent service...
I recently ordered a number of replacement sealed units from Sealed Units Direct and I'm more than happy with the service provided.
The online ordering process is extremely straightforward although I did make an error on the measurements of one of the units which the sales dept helped me remedy over the phone.
Delivery was made within the timeframe given and a delivery date supplied. The driver was extremely efficient and phoned to inform me of his impending arrival.
A special shout out to Vicky in the sales dept who very kindly helped me address the measurement error I made on one of the units and I will definitely be using them again.

I had been dealing with a separate company who have the last word of this companies name different, they cracked 4 of the 14 panels I bought from them on the delivery van. They also took almost a month to deliver.
This company was so refreshing to deal with! Super fast delivery, great quality units and carefully hand delivered.
I wish that you guys wrapped the edges of the glass with tape, that's my only comment. Please do!

I am a novice and only have a limited knowledge regarding double glazing. I phoned Sealed units direct. Not expecting the responce I received. I explained what I wanted to a sales person, "Vicky" that was the start of an easy progression. Vicky took over adviced me and help compleat my order. The units ordered were deliverd as arranged and on time. When this part of my task is compleated I will be ordering more glazing units
