Very helpful, professional and patient service. I had a lot of trouble booking my Easter cruise with AIDA and without Seascanner's help it would not have been possible. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

Seascanner was very easy to use and always by prompt replies by email. Since the cruise's websute was in German, Seescanner made it easy to book as it showed where to choose and click on the German website

Very courteous and patient staff. Resolved successfully two independent Transatlantic bookings on Queen Mary 2. Where two separate optional booking deadlines had to be confirmed before either one could be booked by me. A bit stressful with different staff dealing with coordinating bookings, but this is understandable with a twenty four seven service.
