Their "Confirmed Fit" is NOT Guaranteed - You Will Be Charged $63 to Restock
The site stated, "This is a confirmed fit with your vehicle", accompanied by big green check mark. After I installed the front seat, there were spaces large enough to easily fit my fist between the seat and the cover, leaving it just flapping open with no way to secure the space.
I contacted support (providing pictures) and explained my situation: first, how disappointed I was to receive a product that was guaranteed to fit when it wasn’t even close, and second, that I'd be charged shipping and restocking fees. The service person said he'd work on getting my shipping and possibly restocking fees back. He explained how much work it takes them to restock and recondition.
I pointed out that, as a customer, I don't particularly care how much work it takes because I just paid $400 for something that didn’t deliver on the promises on their own website. I asked, “Why should I have to pay $60+ due to the fault of your company?” Later, I tried to contact them again after receiving no further updates and got the canned response about every return requires reconditioning and countless hours of work.
BE AWARE that these “guaranteed fits” are actually hybrid sets that can fit any number of vehicles. If THEY get it wrong, regardless of what their website states, YOU will be held responsible for restocking and shipping fees.
