We recently changed management company after years of dreadful service.
We are now with Sebright and have a new property manager called Abbie Jones. Honestly, the difference is like night and day. Abbie responds very quickly and gets things done, and she’s a great communicator. I’m so relieved that we now have someone in position who is professional, effective and courteous. Phew!

Today was my first contact with the company. I dealt with the property manager Ms.Abbie Johns, with her calm, apologetic and professional service. She replied to all my concerns with sufficient information.

Worked with this company on a number of sites and found them to be leading the way compared to other property management companies.
The team are 1st class and always available to deal with any requests.

Would highly recommend this company.

Sebright have been brilliant at Madison Heights. We have had some bloody awful Management companies over the last few years, Negligent and frankly criminal. It has been an absolute lifeline to get Sebright as our management company.
The block was looking very run down, with vagrants sleeping in the corridors. Sebright fitted key fob Access Control to every floor, have refurbished the street level entry hall & the car park entry with smart tiles flooring - We now have a great caretaker who works really hard to ensure the bins are not overflowing with rubbish, and keeps the carpets clean & the place tidy. We have got our first Concierge who can stop people tailgating into the property look after parcels etc. There is a marked improvement in everybody’s lives in the block.
We had a sewage flood just before Christmas, probably caused by someone flushing nappies. Sebright director Ben Thompson, was quickly on site with plumbers to fix the problem & staff to clean up the mess. This did take too long to fix the problem, but I think this is the fault of a poor design of the plumbing system, no plumbing diagrams, no rodding points & that the plumbing was hidden behind ceilings & walls. Ultimately, Ben ensured people were on site working on the problem until it was fixed. I was very impressed with the response to the problem. Thank you Sebright.

I dealt with Benn Thompson of Sebright for several years when owning a flat in Barnet. At the time I assumed that the service levels provided were the industry norm.
I left Barnet and purchased a flat in Chichester and having now dealt with 3 other managing agents my eyes have been opened. Benn and Sebright are actually exceptional and highly recommended.

We switched to Sebright Property Management about a year ago. We are extremely happy with way Sebright are looking after our apartment blocks. Unlike the previous management company, Benn from Sebright regularly comes to the property once a month to have a "walk around" and meet the residents to address any issues that they may have. The recent AGM was very professionally organised by Sebright.

Benn brings with him a cultured, calm and professional persona. That is very important when dealing with a varied group of residential clients. He is proactive and takes a strong inclusive attitude. I am very pleased he is our managing agent.

When we contact Sebright in respect of jobs to be carried out (urgent and non urgent) they respond and get the job done. I particularly want to single out Yvonne who is always polite and efficient. The latest job was about our porch light and internal lighting which was carried out the same day.

Sebright has been a 'silent partner' throughout my ownership of the property they manage. However, in the last few months I have had cause to engage more with Sebright, specifically about the treatment of Japanese knotweed, which was identified on the property.
