We wanted CCTV cameras installing quickly after a series of break-ins in our village. I called Security Smart on the Friday and Ben was round doing the survey on the Monday.

We live in a large, listed building and Ben took a great deal of care working out where to place the cameras so they were unobtrusive, and the wires were hidden. We knew nothing about security cameras, and he talked us through everything very carefully, including the pros and cons of each option. There was no upselling on either number or type of camera, and he provided three quotes for different options on the same day. Once we had decided on which cameras to go for, Ben returned with the installer to confirm where they were best to go and they were installed the same week - six days from initial call to a fully working system.

The lads who did the install were so polite and respectful and again talked us through everything including installing the app on our phones and showing us how to use it. The quality of the images is amazing, and the app is so easy to use. We all feel a lot safer now.

Had been thinking of getting CCTV installed for quite , some time , and after reading this company’s reviews , I thought I would bite the bullet , So I phoned , Security Smart uk , From the very first moment , to the very last moment , I had nothing but amazing service , from the initial first appointment from a young man called Ben , he asked me the question , to what I was actually looking for , and so I explained to him , I made him aware of my maximum budget , and he was very happy to accomidate this for me. , he was not pushy , never once gave it the, hard man pitch , but remained polite and professional, from recommending which system and cameras , he thought best for my 3 bed detached house in Essex , Ben went away saying he was going to crunch some numbers and send me 3 ideas , from low end to high end Systems , then I could choose , So after getting the 3 quotes , I decided on one , Then Ben explained it would be a maximum of 7 working days before the job could begin, I was very pleased to know this. , a week later the CCTV engineers arrived at the time and date promised , The Two gentlemen , arrived , introduced themselves , looked very smart and were very polite , they announced they were here to fit the CCTV system, I kept them supplied with , tea and coffee , they kept on working within 4/5 hours everything was complete , I was blown away , the engineers, explained and showed me what was what , sitting patiently and explaining all functions I had invested in my money !! From the very start to the very finish nothing was to much trouble from the engineers, back to Ben , I will be planning in the future on adding up to 4 extra cameras to my system , other than the 4 I had just invested in with Benn and the company , the picture quality is outstanding and right down to the very last centimetre on my tv screen , it fills it completely up , all cameras all Hik cameras have infa red vision , that itself means quality , is perfect all night long , and I love the way they show up on my house from the outside shuttle red camera lights all around my property , Also the CCTV , I also installed for this cctv system in my mobile iPhone , again is truly amazing and crystal clear and can be seen from anywhere around the world on my mobile phone , which once again is exactly what I wanted , SERIOUSLY putting off getting a cctv system , do what I did looked up there customer feedback , and I could clearly see , why this small but friendly company , was and is going places now and in the future I can not thank Benn and his amazing staff , so much for doing such an amazing job , ps , Benn mentioned once the cctv system is installed if I had any issues , what so ever just give him a quick call and he will sort it out , It comes with a 3 year warranty that covers everything, Oncecagain a huge thanks to Ben and his amazing staff , from the top to the bottom , PPS they leave no mess or bits laying around the places they have had to drill and work !! Brilliant job all around guys I would award you 10 stars if I could xxx

Security Smart recently installed four CCTV cameras and renewed our alarm system in our Public House. They are so knowledgable at what they do, the service is excellent and the installation was really quick and undisruptive to our business. The technical support has also been brilliant. The technology itself is really easy and intuitive to use, and the customer service has been excellent. We highly recommend their services.

I done another course with John Mbon, he is such a great teacher, I am so grateful for his knowledge and teaching skills.

I can't speak highly enough of Security Smart. From the initial friendly customer service provided by Zara to arrange a survey and quote, to meeting Dave and Sam who helped design our system and install everything in a positive and flexible manner, as well as being excellent at their work. The initial survey and quote was followed up by the CEO Jonathan, so we really felt we were being looked after and that our custom was valued. It is worth reterating that Dave and Sam made the days they were at our home really enjoyable, putting my wife and children at ease too, whilst ensuring they always remained professional and working very hard. If you are thinking of installing a security system, you should seriously consider Security Smart.

Security Smart responded very promptly to our request for a qotation to fit a Kik Connect system. They did the assessment the next day and gave a very competative quote. The fitting followed promptly and we were really impressed with the professionalism and customer service of the staff doing the work. It was installed without fuss or disturbance and we are very pleased with the sytem.

We had cameras fitted in 2017 by Johnathan. I phoned him this morning for help to reconnect the cameras to our recent phones, as they disconnected due to changing to a different broadband, which was stopping me from being able to use the cameras correctly.
within an hour Sam came round, connected everything back as new and explained everything clearly. The cameras as always are superb and so is the service of Security Smart UK. We are so grateful for Johnathon and Sams help. Their customer care is excellent. I highly recommend this company and will be having more cameras from them in the near future.

Had a two camera system installed yesterday for outside our building. The company was recommended by our local Residents’ Association headed up by a retired policeman. Many of our neighbours have had CCTV installed by Security Smart UK.

Security Smart installed my Alarm system at my new home yesterday - absolutely flawless, consultative service, competitive price and a quick and tidy installation. The system is also excellent with multiple keypads and app control and alerts. Couldn't recommend more!
