Absolutely gorgeous jewellery from Sehaya!! I have ordered twice already and all the pieces (two necklaces and one bracelet) are stunning! I will order from Sehaya again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for lovely, striking pieces. I also love the fact that what you see online is what you get - the pieces were exactly as advertised. I am looking forward to ordering more pieces. Thank you! X

Disapointed with the intensity of colour
well made earrings,quick delivery ,came in a nice little bag,good price.i bought these earrings for my grandaughter to wear at her dad,s wedding.The reason i bought them was they appeared to be intense shades of purple but when they arrived the colours were quite muted which was quite disapointing but my grandaughter still liked them so we kept them.

This has been thoroughly communicated via email. As we have advised, the delivery failed due to an incomplete shipping that you had provided...
You can confirm the incomplete shipping address if you check the order confirmation email
Since the shipments were lost due to customer's liability, the order is not eligible for a free replacement. However, we did offer you a free replacement on exception which has already been processed and the items are expected to be with you this week.
We cannot really understand how our service failed you at any point and therefore we cannot comprehend the 1-star review...
We would appreciate it if you could consider your rating again and amend it

This Business Is Insolvent Don't Send Them Any Money
Ordered item and paid £5.99 extra for next day delivery. The item did not and has not arrived. Checked at Companies House, this company is insolvent. PayPal gave an immediate refund, when I say immediate, I mean within 30 seconds of submitting the request. I would not deal with this business.
