Look at the detail !!
Given a price for 12 month policy
Asked for a discount and it was reduced by £40
When I looked at the detail I say it was then for 9 months
Questioned it and was told it was a mistake but when pressed was offered a nine months policy
When
I looked at the details it went back to the original quote.
The error was noted by proactive and I was happy with the outcome.

My apologies Mr Prendergast. This was a simple admin error which meant that your quote documentation showed a 12 month period however the quote you received was for a 9 month term. On that basis it was agreed to provide a 12 month term for the same price and in addition we reduced our commission to provide a further discount. Although mistakes are rare they do occasionally happen but I`m glad we resolved it to your satisfaction.
