Only two issues:

1. The box to ship things back came very late. I received a lot of warning and contacts about not sending stuff back yet, and I didnt have the box. I finally received the box, loaded everything in it and sent it off, and the next day I received a message that the window had expired. I was told I could ignore it, but still. Almost the whole waiting period was consumed just waiting to receive the box.

2. I could not modify the order. I sent extra parts and wanted to add them to the estimate, but couldnt figure out how to do that. So I just included them in the shipment and expected them to contact me about the extra components, but they never did. They just paid me for the originals and kept the others without a word.

Otherwise, everything went well.

Never had any issues will continue to use this company.

This was a quick and easy process to complete. Got a great price on my used PC parts and they stayed in communication the entire process.

Good price paid and fast payments

Quoted me quick online, and sent me two shipping labels for two gaming pcs for a decent price. Got my money after pc passed inspection. 🫡

Offered $340 for $1,980 RAM crazy
An thats just about what id pay amazon for letting me sell it on there sites

First off. I sent it a component that I tested before sending and also was very close to brand new. They did there tests and the almost new part failed. Fine that's not a problem. Then when it came time for my payment I am now waiting almost a week still for my payment. I keep contacting them and they say they forwarded my concern to the team. Then I got a message stating my money should arrive no later then 30 mins from the email/text and still the next day mid day already I am still waiting for payment. Horrible company sell privately.

Great service mailed everything with no problems received the check payment I said thanks for this one.

They paid no problem. Easy peezy.

It was my first time to ever use SellGPU, I’ve been looking for a place to sell pc parts hassle free and found this site so I thought I’d give them a shot, to my surprise the whole process was super straightforward and easy I requested a box and everything was shipped out to me with instructions, I packaged everything up and shipped it right back, the entire time I was being sent updates through text so I was in the loop the whole time and after everything is evaluated and tested I was paid out. I would definitely use them again on my next pc upgrade!

Was referred by a friend to use this site to sell my ram. They did not disappoint! The process was extremely easy. After getting my quote and seeing how I wanted my payment they sent a return box for my items to be shipped in to them. Once received I was paid within 3 business days of them receiving and testing the parts. Total including weekend(s) was about 9 days. I will do business with SellGPU again!

Easy transaction, they did just what they said with good communication.

I sent a complete hardware list that include a lot of CPU, RAM, and graphics cards. They sent me an email saying they will send the packaging because a value my equipment over 3,000 however they were going to pay me $650 something. I did not even get enough boxes for the graphics card and ended up having to use my own packaging and tape etc. Upon receipt of the equipment they downvalued my equipment saying that 10 of the most expensive pieces of equipment failed their stress test. Whatever this stress test is they don't show any results or prove that it failed even if it was working in a previous computer before. My quote went from 650 to 250. Seeing how I was not going to have them ship it back and try to do this all over again with another company I accepted. I read a lot of reviews that this company down values a lot of people's appraisals and does not show proof of anything failing. I had a 32 gig stick of DDR5 RAM that is going for $1,000 on eBay and they said it failed so they would dispose and scrap of the equipment which I highly doubt they probably actually reuse it. I am disappointed with the outcome of over 100 pieces of equipment that I have shipped to them and will never use their business again.

Overall pretty great I mean it was pretty easy to get it done it takes maybe a week or so for them to do the testing on it but it depends on the component. I sold a CPU and got paid within 7 days so would do it again!

Good company, money was sent quick. They ship you the box with return label, you ship parts to them and are paid in a day or 2.

Great Website! Use it only once. But it was super smooth! Using ups is the best choice. Super easy. Not high evaluation, but way better of losing all the money by not doing anything

I have been using sell you for a few years and have never had any issues. Extra cash is easy peasy with these guys.

Fast, honest, reliable. Never have an issue using them. Would recommend to all.

I’m very impressed by how easy and reassuring it was from start to finish selling my PC to SellGPU. Throughout the process they would email me, giving me peace of mind, including knowledge knowing my PC shipping package was insured. Payment was promptly processed about a day after delivery. This is legitimately an impressive company I now trust.

I sold all my extra GPU's to this company. They are legit and honest. I highly recommend them if anyone has extra computer peripherals you want to sell.
