Didn't give me right price on my GPU
Didn't give me right price on my GPU. I ask to change my quote because I put down the wrong GPU. Also had trouble with the shipping mailer. Got sent to wrong address twice. Wrong payment for adjusted GPU sent in

Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed your order and wanted to clarify what happened.
Here’s a quick timeline:
July 25: Order was created
August 10: We received the package. You also contacted us advising that an RTX 4070 GPU was being sent.
August 11: Our team inspected the GPU and received an RTX 4060, not the RTX 4070 that was advised.
August 12: The order was completed, and payment was sent based on the RTX 4060 GPU we received.
We understand you had originally entered the wrong GPU on the quote and wanted it updated. However, the final payment is based on the item that was actually received and inspected. Since we received a 4060, the payment was adjusted accordingly.
We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears up the reason for the payment amount.

Quick and convenient— Recommend
Quick and convenient way to get some cash back for my used gpu that would have otherwise just remained in a cardboard box after I built my new PC. Price offered was lower than I could have gotten myself, but that’s what a middleman does! Constant communication about the status of the transaction was thoughtful, as well as the furnished box and free shipping. I would recommend.

I had a pleasant experience with…
I had a pleasant experience with SellGPU, they initially offered me and I was fine with it as I didn’t feel like dealing with trying to sell my pc myself on eBay or a local marketplace site. Upon inspection they gave me more than what they initially offered and payment was fast! If you don’t mind getting a little less for not dealing with the hassle 10/10 recommend.

I have had several dealings with SellGPU of late. In all cases they have been stellar. They are an ease to with. The process to deal with them is seamless and fluent. The pricing is fair. It’s been a joy to work with them. I highly recommend them as a source to free oneself of useful computer related items sitting around collecting dust ( yeah this was me lol). They are real, honest with straight forward communication from quote, test and final payment of an item(s). Continue doing well SellGPU 😊.

Didn’t get what I was quoted and didn’t get my computers back
I sent them 3 computers that worked fine when they left my house. They inspected them and decided they weren’t going to pay what they quoted. I told them to send the computers back to me, it’s been several weeks and I haven’t received a package, tracking, or any communication. I called the number and Jason pretty much said “idk you’ll have to wait for tracking”, guys it’s been almost a month since I told you to send back. I’d avoid this route if you have computers you’re trying to sell. Their easy to work with at first, then they become non responsive and extremely passive.

"Thank you for your feedback. We reviewed the order and wanted to clarify what happened.
Here’s a quick timeline:
July 17: Trade offer was submitted for 3x Intel Arc A770 8GB GPUs
July 28: Package was received at our facility
July 30: During inspection, we found 2 laptops and 1 monitor instead of the GPUs listed on the original offer
Unfortunately, laptops and monitors are items we do not currently purchase, so we were unable to make an offer for the items received.
We understand this may have been disappointing, but the items we received did not match the items listed on the original trade offer. We appreciate your understanding."

The entire process has been painless. I _could_ have gotten more money for my old GPU cards but it would involve vetting serious queries, working out the payments, shipping and tracking.
SellGPU provided the seamless experience from A to B (or C for check they sent me after they received the cards)
10/10 would use them again!
